Dreaming of bright sunny days ☀️ as it is starting to get cold and gloomy in Delhi. 💙💙 This picture was taken while waiting for the ferry from Lokrum to Dubrovnik. Croatia has such a stunning and diverse landscape that you fall in love instantly! 💙💙
#ihavethisthingwithdoors I feel doors have their own unique personality and character. Each door tells a story! I can spend hours just walking the streets, hunting for interesting doors. 💛💛💛 This door was at the St Columba’s by the Castle – a small, vibrant church, right at the centre of Edinburgh. An Episcopal church that describes itself as a progressive congregation worshipping in a mid-19th century Victorian church located just off the Royal Mile in the center of Edinburgh’s Old town. 💛💛💛 Do you like doors – Where have you seen some of the most beautiful and colourful doors?
My ride for today! 🚜🚜🚜 At the Wanaka Lavender Farms. On our way back from Lake Wanaka – we did a quick stop by these gorgeous fields spread over 10 acres. You can enjoy a walk through the farm, meet the farm animals (sheep and alpacas), sip yummy lavender tea, indulge in lavender ice-creams or like me pose with this beautiful tractor! 💜💜💜
December is my favorite month. A month of lights, snow, festivities, feasts and more, it is also time to make amends, tie loose ends, finish off what you started and plan for next year. ✨✨✨✨ One of our goals this year was to focus on travelling a bit more and we started with #TripEveryMonth series. The goal was simple…. explore more – a new country, a nearby village, town or city, just put yourself out there to experience something new. And now looking back at this year, we couldn’t be happier with our little achievement. 😃 Visited 4 countries – New Zealand, Japan, Dubai ,Sri Lanka and Hong Kong for a day (So technically 5 😋). Revisited childhood memories in Nanital and Agra, had a royal experience at Bishangarh near Jaipur and discovered more of our hometowns (Pune, Mumbai and Delhi). ✨✨✨✨ Thought of doing a quick recap this month through our stories. ✨✨✨✨ After all life is short, so why not pursue things that make you happy! Find something that you are passionate about, something that brings a smile to your face! It could be anything – travelling to new places, learning a new language, joining a dance class or just spending some quality time with your family! 💙💙💙💙 Time to start planning our goals for next year!
Happy Anniversary to Us! ❤️❤️❤️ We don’t do gifts, as our travels together are more than enough. But to do something special every year we decided to create this little ritual! Every year we will take a picture with last year’s anniversary picture. Sharing with you guys this time. Can wait to see what it will look like in 50 years! ❤️❤️❤️ Here's to another year of being great together! Cheers! ❤️❤️❤️
Seville is one of my favorite cities and I believe sparked my love affair with traveling. #ThrowbackThursday ✨✨✨ This picture is from our first trip, four years ago, on a rainy December day at the Plaza de España. It was cold, pouring like crazy but that didn’t stop us from exploring the city. We cycled around and almost had the whole city to our self! Don’t have good pictures but definitely have amazing memories. What sparked your love affair with traveling? ❤️
📍 Lake Pukaki, on our way to Mt Cook Village from Lake Tekapo 💙💙💙 I love this image so much that have decided to name it ✨Reflections of a Traveller ✨ When you visit New Zealand, you fall in love with the sheer beauty, you discover unexplored corners and then after a few days you leave. You are ecstatic of having seen something so beautiful, of having gathered breath-taking experiences and memories. And while you move on, you are much happier, at peace and content. 💛💛💛 #nofilter Did any country you visited have an impact like this on you? Would love to know.
Champagne Pool at Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland near Rotorua is New Zealand's most colourful geothermal attraction. From geysers to hot springs to bubbling lakes and neon-coloured pools, it can be hard to choose which natural spectacles to explore first. 🚨🚨Also New Blog Alert 🚨🚨 💙💙New Zealand Part 1 - Two Week Itinerary, Route and Other Essentials is up on the blog. Unbelievable Scenes from New Zealand. Just look at that blue! #Sundaybest 💙💙💙 💙💙💙 This shot is of the beautiful Lake Tekapo, taken from the Mt. John Observatory. #NZMustDo - A small drive up to this beautiful mountain for stunning views. It has a small café as well here - quite possibly one of the planet's best locations for a cafe. Straight out of painting! Don’t you agree? 💙💙💙

The most photographed building in New Zealand. Dunedin's Railway Station is not only the most photographed building in the country, but also said to be the second-most photographed building in the Southern Hemisphere (after the Sydney Opera House). In the early 1900s Dunedin was the commercial centre of New Zealand. Hence this magnificent Renaissance-style building was made. 💙💙💙 💙💙💙 We are so glad we planned Dunedin in our NZ itinerary, it was such a surprise. Loved this quirky city with its cool culture, street art and amazing food. Dunedin is also called the Edinburgh of the South and is immensely proud of it's Scottish heritage.
Happy faces at the Aoraki Mount Cook Alpine Lodge 😊😊😊 . . We loved spending time in this BnB style lodge, cooking our own small meals, sitting by the balcony and enjoying gorgeous views of the Mt. Cook. 🏔️🏔️🏔️ . . At the foot of the mountain sits the village of Mount Cook - a comfortable haven in one of the most unforgiving parts of New Zealand. Surrounded by the Southern Alps on every side – we recommend staying a night or two in this small village. There are various alpine walks beginning near the village, all about three hours return. 💙💙💙
The best way to see a country so blessed with natural beauty is by road and in New Zealand, you’re spoilt for choice. It was also our first experience of driving around and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting than New Zealand. 🚙🚙🚙🚙 It was easier for us since we are used to driving on the left side of the road. What was your first road trip/ driving experience? 🚙🚙🚙🚙 Must note in New Zealand, it will always take longer then what your GPS tells you! We literally had to stop every 15 minutes or so to take in the gorgeous views. We were in awe of the views literally. 💙💙💙
