I’m not going to lie, I fell off the wagon last night, so woke up this morning in a grump! I was so close to rolling over and going back to sleep but I thought f*ck it! I was feeling bloated and felt like I was going to puke in the gym after a few sets of weights so I decided to spend the last half hour doing a steady walk to burn some calories! Not a bad effort considering I almost sacked it off! #willpower#fatloss#gymmotivation
