When it’s too hot to go boating on the Hindmarsh River, and your parasol won’t be enough to keep you cool the next best thing might be a visit to the #vhlibrary. We have free Wifi, air-conditioning, books, magazines, aircon, a fun place for the kids to play and did we mention the air-conditioning??? You can come and hang out here all day! No sweat! ❄️
Today we went on an adventure without leaving the library! Through the magic that is Virtual Reality we went on a guided tour of Far North Queensland and we learnt all about indigenous culture, bush tucker, traditional dances and we even went into a dreamtime story! 🦘If you want to have a play with VR goggles, or you’re still looking for school holiday ideas, we can help! #vhlibrary#schoolholidayfun
So! Our lovely Friends of the Victor Harbor Library are having a book sale! There are all sorts of bargains to be had and treasures to be found, so pop in Thursday or Friday and have a lil look 🔎 Also, did I mention they are running a raffle?!
