If you could see far in the future, it would look something just like this. Dark and unknown. We don't know where we will end up. It will always be a mystery. But the path towards it is illuminated. That is because it wants you to keep going ahead. Don't get scared by the darkness but instead see the light around you. It will always guide you. These are your family, your friends and yourself. I'm happy to have such wonderful people around me that always push me to go further. Thank you so much for the ♥️ #dontbscared#futureisbright#farinthefuture
Experienced a beautiful morning on an unexpected day. Clear skies and a plane flying close-by. Birds chirping and starting their day with cold wind blowing on a chilly morning. Was soaked into the moment to think of anything else even the intense work I had to complete later that day. I always end up at such places these days and get dissolved into the beauty. Lucky me #luckyme#mornings#peaceful#moments#birds#earlymornings#thoughtoftheday#momentoftheday#unexpected
Walking is so soothing when you have a beautiful sunset like this. It was a lovely winter evening. We were lost but all of us were at peace. It seems we were lost in thoughts of such wilderness we don't experience in our city life. Although this photo might grow your enthusiasm to visit such places. But I do wonder what went wrong. We have such a beautiful planet and yet we create concrete jungles around us to destroy such mesmerizing views. And we call it development. 🤷♂️ Seems to me we have lost our way, just like we did. New beginnings are always worry-full. Procastination sets in and put all new ideas to sleep. Just go for it. People will doubt in your choices, just like they did when I bought this. But remember there will always be a fine line between suggestion and demoralization. One should always be all ears to suggestion but not for negativity. Because that kills creativity. New year is on the doorstep. Let's welcome ideas and suggestions. Let go of fears. Here's a click from my new @goproin#hero7black#streetphotography#newgadget#newbeginnings#newyear#mumbai#india
All we hear about this place are some unusual stories and unexplained stuff. But some get to know it up close. People have a different approach towards daily life here. At a location not that far from and not that close to Mumbai. The clock here runs around the local train timings. The name has different meanings to it. In Hindi, it is misinterpreted as a place for revenge. A Hindi film by the same name was used to further add mystery meaning to this place. According to my friend, this is where people use to trade horses for horses. To replace one horse with another. In Marathi, it means badla. Maybe the name is derived from that. What's your take on the name? #badlapur#mumbailocal#meaningful#mystery
The sun is nearly gone, some lights are turning on. A silver shine that stretches to the sea. We stumble on a view that's tailor made for two. What a shame the two are you and me (A song from #lalaland) . . . #winterevenings#winterwonderland#mumbai#silhouette#silhouettes#citylights
We live in a cage. Once upon a time I used to see a sunrise from this window, sea on the horizon, birds flying around and a cool breeze. But now I only see a wall on which sunlight fall during the evening. A set of 2 grills to block the view further. The more we grow from within, the more we built such obstacles around ourselves. Now we have to go beyond these walls to see a sunrise or a sunset. We build our kitchens, bedrooms and even bathrooms according to direction where sun rises but we can't actually see sunrise. Or a sunset. They say you should rise up early and go out to see a sunrise but I feel we should wake up in it. Remember the old movies when they used to show a sunrise falling on the actor and wakes up because of it. And do you remember the last time you woke up like that? #thoughtprovoking
Decorating interiors through art has been an essential part of human life since ages. We painted our caves when we were still dwelling in it. We painted what we see around us. Not to show skills but to mark our presence in that space and in that moment. We now have more tools and intelligence than ever to develop such beautiful pieces inside our homes. Art now has evolved to show emotions and perspective. It is a beautiful skill to have but tougher to hone it. I always wonder what must've made them imagine this. Do you? Comment what do you think when you see a beautiful piece of art. Here is one such representation of art decor at @marketcitykurla#decor#art#artdecor#artsy#art_spotlight#artwork#artofinstagram
It will always be an uphill task. The year comes towards an end. We all have that urge to look at what we did in this year. To decide what we can do better in the next one. But as each year ends, a lot of our todo items gets carry forward just like our leaves. We feel ashamed of ourselves looking at others about how they could complete their milestones. Most of the online influencers(I follow some of them too) urge you to make a bucket list. A list that isn't necessary for us to be happy. But our impatient minds always trick us to follow such things that we don't have. Don't get trapped in this conundrum. It starts with forgiving yourself. Accept your mistakes and don't feel bad about it. You are human after all. Just remember, we are not here to strike off a list. Nothing else apart from you can make you happy. Try doing this next year. I'm sure it will be an uphill task. #newyearresolution#yearend#conundrum
What does Red color represent for you? For some it is danger, for some it is love. For me it is power. Power with which one could destroy anything. It is the unending rage to change something and make it irreversible. Rage, it represents a human emotion. They say it needs to be suppressed, it is not a good thing to have. But for me it is necessary. It has the power to alter the balance of things and whatever comes out of it is always something new. New is fresh, a change that can be unusual but if seen from a different perspective its the reality. #dailyphoto#photooftheday#worldofcolor
Choose a path. A clearer one or the other one where you need to follow the herd. A clearer one will lead you to nowhere but it will give you peace of mind. But people will try to drag you to choose the other one. People think peace of mind is a selfish thing to do. The other path, a safer one, is also up for taking, no problem with that. We all have freedom to choose anything. Nothing will stop you to follow this one. You can find peace here too but a false one(Just a perspective). But remember one thing, peace of mind lead through a treacherous path but it will give you a good night's sleep. Which one you'd choose? #peaceofmind#safetyfirst#choose#thoughtoftheday#dailyphoto#photooftheday#wisdom
A journey that never ends. We all are on a journey, where are we headed? Where are we going to stop? Nobody knows for sure. I'm envious of those who know that. I pity them though, because they don't have the element of surprise in it. Life would be so pale when we know where we will end up being. So whenever I travel, I don't plan what I'll do when I'll get to my destination. I simply leave to my dumb luck. Even if it doesn't go well, I enjoy the moments. Smile at it at the end of the day. Because for me life is all about making memories. So that if you are going to be born again. I don't want that being to be dreaming about sad faces. #travel#travelwithoutplan#surprise#surpriseplanner#thoughtoftheday#photooftheday#dailyphoto#mumbai#streetcommune
Why do I click photos? I click when I see a wow moment. Be it Landscapes, beautiful structures, people or maybe a moment which strikes a chord to me. Photos to me are like thoughts that linger around and make me smile, wonder and amaze. I try to capture and edit them to their truest sense so that others could resonate with my thoughts too. Without which it would be unwise to share. 😄 This was taken on my way home. This structure turn everyone's eyes to it's immenseness. Hope you liked it. #thoughtoftheday#photooftheday#photodaily#dailyphoto#instadailyphoto
How do you spend time waiting? Do you watch YouTube? Movies? Playing games? Reading? We all try to spend time doing something rather than just pausing yourself. There is a stigma in all of us about doing nothing. A lot of influencers and spokesperson of passion say that we shouldn't waste time by sitting idle. We all feel a sense of restlessness when we sit idle, the moment we see ourselves doing nothing we start cursing ourselves to do something. Most of us have lost the subtle art of doing nothing. In some studies, they say giving enough break from doing anything makes our mind more creative in what we do daily. I remember someone used to advise me to keep away the textbook/notes half an hour before the examinations and do nothing. Wonder we already knew that. How do you spend time waiting?
Sometimes things get blurred. Not because there is some problem with your vision. It's just readjusting itself. We often conceive a problem with a complex analogy. Instead try to simplify it and see how easy and simple world can be. I have learned my fair bit about overcomplicating things but over the years I have learned to accept the situation around me. It wasn't a lonely journey, I have been lucky to have people around me who helped clear my mind. Before taking this picture I was reluctant. Clicking pictures while people are walking around. Thinking that they would try and avoid the camera or worse maybe kick me in my face. 😄 But it wasn't the case. It was my mind which stopped me not the people. It will still take sometime before I could get confident at it but I'm still learning isn't it. 😁 A work in progress...🚧
It was a dark night, a chill in the wind caught me shivering in the middle of nowhere. But I couldn't stop walking towards where I want to be. The lights were there, roads told me where am I heading towards. Why fear my friend? You were here before and will be again someday. Don't wait for the sun to rise, you can tread a long way until there is air in your lungs and horizon in your vision. Tread along because night is still young and blooming. #SPICollective
Was trying to capture this shot since I have seen this built around my favorite place in whole of Mumbai. Matunga has been an integral part of my life where I have spent a brief 12-14 years. I always dreamt of owning a home here. Some might say, I should keep thinking about that, I may someday buy one. But I am not a fan of that thought. Owning anything is not what we are here for. They say we all are made up of star dust and I believe someday we will go back to that. I remember the quote from Hugo movie by Martin Scorsese. World is like a big machine, a machine is never made up of unwanted parts. So I consider myself a part of this big world machine and I am not unwanted. That's what I think about myself. What do you think about yourself?
