How to perform reverse calf raises? . Tibialis anterior muscle is present in the front part of your lower leg. . If you want to increase overall size of your calves than don't ignore these. . Use a smith machine to execute this movement. . Keep a stepper which will keep your foot elevated from the floor. . Keep your heels at the edge of the stepper. . Start the movement by keeping the heels close to each other. . Slowly raise your foot and squeeze tibialis anterior muscle, always do your calf movements at slow pace. . Slowly come down to starting position and repeat. . Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps! . #gympanzie
