If ever you find yourself walking around with a really inflated sense of athleticism, I personally recommend balancing your entire body in a static back extension on the very end of a bench; then, if you still think you're an athlete, grab some dumbbells and do some Y-raises, just for kicks. And then go home and foam roll until you're numb.

BODYWEIGHT AB EXERCISES Big misconception that if you train abs you will automatically be able to see them. Training abs will grow your ab muscles but it won’t burn your stomach fat because you can not, and I mean it’s impossible, burn fat in one specific area. You can build muscle in one specific area, but not burn fat. Fat burns/drops overall from your body. So if you’re trying to be ‘toned’ you need to take into consideration how much muscle you have AND how much your body fat percentage is. The triceps pushdown is a triceps isolation exercise. This exercise is most commonly done using a cable with a bar attachment but can also be done with a rope attachment. Primary muscle group: Triceps Secondary: Abs, Forearms Set up a cable station with a straight bar/rope attachment on attached to the top pulley. Grip the bar with an overhand grip,with your hands slightly less than shoulder width apart. Position your feet shoulder width apart,with knees slightly bent for stability. Pull the bar down until your forearms are parallel to the floor with your elbows close to your body and your wrists locked in a straight position. This is your staring point. Moving only your forearms, push the bar down towards the floor until your arms are fully extended and you feel a stretch in your triceps. Hold for a count of one and squeeze your triceps. Return to the start position moving your forearms only.
