Joehoe! Iedereen zijn waterpistool mee? Wat een weer joh! En ik moet vanavond nog sporten... Buiten! 🙀Met de goede voorbereiding is intensieve beweging in de hitte wel mogelijk trouwens. Een paar tips: 1. Smeer je in met een hoge factor. Niets zo vervelend als een zonnesteek na die sportles. 2. Hydrateer! Drink voordat je gaat bewegen al een paar glazen water en zet altijd een flinke waterfles klaar voor tijdens het sporten. Ben er zelf altijd slecht in, maar het is zo belangrijk! 3. Eet! Ik weet het: door die hitte verdwijnt vaak je eetlust. Probeer toch hetzelfde te eten als normaal. Bananen zijn top om direct energie te krijgen. 4. Sport in de schaduw en bouw rustig op. Ga niet direct als een dolle te keer maar zorg dat je lichaam kan wennen aan de hitte. Sowieso is 70 procent van je kunnen wel de max. 5. Houd je hoofd letterlijk koel met water of een natte handdoek. 6. Check je plas. Jep, de kleur van je urine is importante. Opvallend donkere urine wijst op uitdroging. Oh en bij twijfel... niet doen en gewoon weer lekker gaan bewegen wanneer het wat afgekoeld is.
