How do you prefer your cardio? Mine is about half HIIT and half slow and steady. These bike sprints are one of my favorite forms of HIIT, because it’s easy to crank up the intensity and go all out without much space and no other equipment needed. 15 seconds on, 60-75 seconds off for 6-8 sets and you’ll be toasted! Diesmal habe ich mich für die SHRUGS mit Langhantel entschieden da die Kurzhantelbar zeitweise übertrieben voll war. . ⏩ Langhantel SHRUGS . ➡️ 2 x 2 X 10 - 40kg (*) ➡️ 1 x 2 x 10 - 50kg (*) ➡️ 1 x 2 x 10 - 55kg (*) ➡️ 3 x 3 x 05 - 55kg (*/**) . (zzgl. *Stange & **Ketten l/r) . Mal ne doofe Frage, ... aber was wiegen die langen Langhantelstangen und die Ketten eigentlich? . Wieso die Ketten ? I have seen so many people in the gym or on videos here recently doing these wrong, so let's have a quick form check! - For elevated heel squats, you want the rise to be enough that you can load your quads a bit more, but not enough that you're straining your knees. This is still a full squat and not what is called a "quad squat". - Drop your butt down to the ground like you are sitting in a chair, while keeping your core super tight and still breathing, and keeping your weight in mid-foot heel. - Weight should be on the lighter end - here I'm squatting 50# so a very light weight where I can do high reps. - https://befearlesslyfit.com #fearlesslyfitarmy

I will A L W A Y S want that cookie it is in my DNA.😩 The hardest part of healthy eating for most people is just saying no to all the foods you normally eat. Attempting to completely 180 switch your diet and give up every single thing you love is extremely difficult and miserable and you WILL LIKELY fuck it up and give up all together after a few days😐 • It just doesn’t work like that for us hoomans. As soon as we start limiting what we can eat, those are the only foods we WANT to eat🙄 Horrible how that works right like wtffff • So, I always recommend to anyone especially my clients, to allow yourself a lil sumsum each day or week to prevent fully torturing yourself. Focus on being the healthiest little bean you can be for 80% of your food intake each day and allow yourself to indulge (a little) if there’s something you really need a nibble of💓 In time, you will build that healthy habit and it will get a lot easier🥦🍌 • There are a million diets out there, but the best diet is one that you can STICK TO. So try to be more intuitive about your eating habits. THINK: Is this the best option for me? or Have i eaten as much as i know i should have today and vice versa. Do NOT be afraid of the food people!! 🔥What's actually difficult 🔥 - Follow @dancudes ! - While working out is extremely important, nutrition is arguably 80-90% of your results when it comes to achieving any health and fitness goal. Ironically, it's usually the most difficult thing to control. When it comes to nutrition however, there are so many misconceptions out there about what to eat. Are carbs bad? When should I eat? When should I stop eating? Should I intermittent fast? How many calories should I eat? Etc. On top of that, even when you're eating whole foods and aren't following fads, there is always the temptations of friend and family gatherings and holidays and what not. Here is the thing, it's all about developing lifestyle habits. Eating healthy and working out should be a lifestyle and sustainable because you are focused on longevity and not short term fixes. Is it hard at first? Yes. Absolutely. It is hard at first, but you need to make goals because that's the only way you're going to make progress. Once it is a lifestyle, everything else becomes easy. You want to gain muscle? Great, we can manipulate some variables like caloric intake and protein needs. You want to lose more fat and peak out? Great, we can manipulate water intake, energy expenditure, electrolyte balances, and nutrient timing. It's all about making it a lifestyle. Do you agree? ° SELF LOVE ° Today is the first time I have looked in the mirror and LOVED what I saw. For so long I have been in self destruction mode. I have compared myself to others. I have been so self concious because I have cellulite on my legs. I have told myself my legs are huge. I HAD created this voice in my head that kept telling me I wasn't enough. Yes I've had a massive transformation over the past 3 years BUT I was in such a bad head space that nothing was going to be enough. Today, that changed! I woke up after my double cleanse, looked in the mirror and said WOW! Look how far you have come Tegan ! The biggest reason people quit is because they focus on how far they've got to go, not how far they have come! 33KGS GONE! I'm sitting at 14% Body Fat. I'm training once or twice a day. I'm putting myself first and doing things that make me HAPPY! I'm supporting others on their own journey because I OWE it to EVERYONE! I can't keep this programme a secret when obviously it gives results! I'm not doing a "shake" diet. I eat five times a day AT LEAST, and I'm flooding my body with the nutrition it deserves. I'm not eating chicken and broccoli for every meal, that's not maintainable. I LOVE this lifestyle! Three years and I won't go a day without my superfood smoothies. If you have something negative to say, go for it! The negative comments fuel my fire 🔥🔥🔥 Big things to come for 2019, but I'll share those with you closer to the time 😉😘

Раз в неделю обязательно #crossfit Самый крутой вариант добавить мощности, функциональности, что бы твой мышцы были по настоящему эффективны ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Кроссфит ужасно привлекательно выглядит со стороны. NEUTRAL SPINE IN ROW MOVEMENTS! . V important so 110% attention here friends! ❤️😂 . Probably the gym mistake that hurts me the most when I spot it is lack of a neutral spine during a back movement. So much potential for injury as well as a general deactivation & this missed opportunity for core strengthening. . ❎ PROBLEM: a rounded back during a row (or any) movement. . ✅ SOLUTION: brace your spine into neutral. . How? ➖balance ribcage over pelvis ➖align ears over shoulders ➖activate core ➖THEN & ONLY THEN pick up the weight . Prevent injury by making sure your body is stabilized for your lifts! 🖤 .
