Найти оправдания собственной беспомощности очень просто - а ты возьми и попробуй убедить себя в обратном☝🏽. Ты можешь все. Нет ничего невозможного. Просто поверь в себя. Человеческий организм настолько непредсказуем и удивителен, что даже, страдая от недостатка сна, но убедив себя в том, что отлично выспался, человек действительно в течение дня будет чувствовать прилив бодрости. once you see the small transformations that you've made in your body, it will literally motivation you to keep pushing for more & more. you need to learn how to appreciate all the progress you make no matter how small it is!! no one will see results overnight, it's going to take weeks, months and maybe even years for some goals to be reached. stay consistent and patient and you will achieve all of your goals with time. always celebrate your small victories, be proud of yourself. it's not a race or competition, and understand that no matter what goals you have for yourself, THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE TIME. learn to appreciate your body for the progress it made and even your flaws that you can't fix. 1. it's what makes you YOU. & 2. if you can't change it, why stress/ worry about it???? love yourself enough to do whats the absolute BEST for you & your body!!!
