My workout routine struggled this weekend but for good reason. My older sister got married to her long term partner, I rushed over to help in any way I could, including creating a backdrop for photos and a bunch of handmade paper flowers! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I spent about 16+ hours hand painting, distressing, and cutting out hundreds of petals for this piece. I literally stayed up till 7am this morning trying to put this together for her. My sister is one of the strongest women I know personally. When I first started my fitness journey, I actually didn’t train my core for over 10 months because I felt like my midsection was a problem too big to tackle, so it was easier just to ignore it...it’s now one of my favourites. . No one starts off good at anything. Even PT’s were beginners once!! Everything is hard in the beginning and as long as you’re better than the YOU of last week, then it’s worth doing!! . Try for 30 seconds each exercise, as many as possible and only resting after the minute and a half! MY TOP 5 FAVE BOOTY EXERCISES💦 . 1️⃣ HIP THRUSTS — life changer. Never felt an exercise that isolates the glutes more than this one. Add a band and girlllll🔥 2️⃣ SUMO DEADLIFTS— deadlifts hit the hamstrings and glutes, but when I do a sumo deadlift (wide stance, goes out), I really feel it in my side glutes! 3️⃣ ELEVATED SINGLE LEG GLUTE BRIDGE—grab a bosu ball, lay on the floor with one heel on the bosu and same foot flexed. 4️⃣ BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT—one foot on bench, other foot in front & squat down. This one killsssss me, but so so good 5️⃣ ABDUCTOR MACHINE—for that side booty. I like to sit at the edge of the seat and hold onto the machine or sometimes not sit on the seat at all

The rack is secure, not wobbly or stressing your body. When done right, the kettlebell is locked and loaded, resting in the crook of the arm and chest with elbows pointing down. Pour me prouver des trucs? Non pas vraiment... Parce que c’est l’année de mes 35 ans? Ouai!!!! Et j’ai prévue d’autres crazy challenges pour 2019, en espérant déjà finir celui ci lol!
