The workout that got me started to get the daily dose of movement all our bodies need was the @blogilates 6 mins to sexy arms and intense inner thighs song challenge. So do I train while I'm sick?...well it all depends on how I feel on the day, this morning I woke feeling well enough to train...I didn't go to the gym because I don't want to spread my germs...but I did however smash out a killer session at home! I am feeling a little blocked up now so tomorrow might be a different story. . Listen to your body and if you feel up to working out then go for it... if you feel like being a total slob...well thats ok too! . Sometimes you need a reminder from a good friend to realise just how far you’ve come! And the amazing @peaceloveandchocolatedrops did just that! Yes not all swaps are as good & some may even be better either way it’s better than an all or nothing approach. - - With the ones that don’t taste as good it usually comes down to 1 of 2 things. You’ve either just got so used to your current choices that after a little perseverance you’ll find they’re not that bad after all. Or it’s just another excuse because mentally you’re not really prepared to make the necessary steps to get the results & it’s an easy way to justify to yourself why you haven’t stuck to it. - - For me deciding to not eat the alternative & then complain about the food being bland & boring is just cutting my nose off to spite my face. Having things like eat lean cheese, lo dough, halo top, breyers, diet drinks, low fat options, leaner meats etc etc are definitely better than not having them at all or sticking with the current choices that have created an unhealthy #bodyimage to begin with. - - It’s a great time to be trying to lose a few. There’s never been so many great alternatives available. The food options not being as good is not an excuse for not getting results so stop using it to mask the real reason is that you’re not really prepared to make change. - - Would I rather have a papa johns than a homemade lo dough pizza hell yeah. This is the first time I’ll say my weight because this process is not about the scale but I am 192 lbs on both of these pictures 😱 completely different person in both pictures though, physically and mentally. You can’t alway base your progress on what the scale reads but instead try doing progress pictures. You will feel 100 times better. And let me point this out.... I’m loving my booty 🍑 hahaha 😊😅
