You came in when my life was going down the drain -it was literally a point in my life where I didn’t know what to do, where I was going, heartbroken and alone. The first time I met you at the @perform_better summit in Long Beach, and you were chanting, you stopped in the middle of it and SPOKE TO ME. I don’t know if you remember what you said but as you spoke, I teared up. I prayed in my head “God, if he’s talking to me, if I’m the one that needs to believe and have faith, if I’m the one he’s talking about going through pain, show me. Show me that there’s hope for me. SHOW ME. Two minutes later, you threw your grey sweaty, smelly hoodie up in the air and came straight into my arms! Two weeks later, I moved to San Diego. The next day after I moved in, I went to go see you at @fitnessquest10. And now, at another point in my life when I need guidance, when I need faith and a mentor, I have the honor to be in your presence at Perform Better in San Francisco ❤️ Not only that!
