Chia pudding with fruits, almond butter and hemp seeds. I was surprised at the # of DMs for the recipe when I shared this on stories but that's great! 🙌 I'll share it here again down below. Have a great week! 💛✨ . 📝 I mix 3 tbsp chia seeds (I used white chia) with 1c unsweetened almond milk and 1c full fat coconut milk and allow to soak 30 minutes up to overnight (I find more convenient). Give it a big stir once or twice early on to distribute the seeds evenly and prevent clumping. I like my chia pudding thinner than most, so feel free to add more seeds according to your preference. Also add more seeds if using all (not just half) almond milk bc it is thinner. 🔶أصابع الزعتر المقرمشة صحية وسهلة التحضير! 🔸المكونات: ١ ١/٢ كوب طحين أسمر ١ ١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة زعتر مجفف ١/٢ كوب بذور الكتّان (أو أي نوع بذور: شيا، يقطين، دوار الشمس..) ١ ملعقة صغيرة ملح رشة فلفل أسود ١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة بايكنغ باودر ١/٢ كوب حليب قليل الدسم ٤ ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون 🔸الطريقة: نخلط الطحين مع الملح، البايكنغ باودر، الفلفل، الزعتر، ويذور الكتان. ثم نضيف الزيت والحليب ونعجن جيداً للحصول على عجينة متماسكة. نمد العجينة بشكل مستطيل بسماكة ١/٤ سم ونقطعها شرائح طويلة (عرض ٢ سم). نشكلها بشكل لولبي ونضعها في صينية ونخبزها في فرن (١٨٠ درجة مئوية) لمدة ١٠ -١٢ دقيقة. . 🔷Crunchy thyme twists, a healthy and easy recipe! 🔹Ingredients 1.5 cup whole wheat flour 0.5 cup flax seeds 1.5 tsp dried thyme pinch of black pepper 0.5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 0.5 cup low fat milk 4 tbs olive oil 🔹Method: mix flour, thyme, flaxseed, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Add milk and oil and mix well to form a dough. Roll the dough into a 0.25cm thick large rectangle, and cut into 2 cm long pieces. Better late than never! ☺️ I tried to include a breakfast meal prep option every week, and this recipe was the first installment. The recipe is called “breakfast caprese casserole” from @twopeasandpod (I ❤️❤️ her page). Think of this as a frittata with lots of tomatoey, basil-y goodness. I lowered the amount of cheese and added artichokes! It was super simple and easy to prep in less than 30 minutes. If your kids like eggs like my son does, it’s a perfect family breakfast option. As I hid under the covers for a few minutes longer (aka until my next alarm 🙃), I remembered that today is Monday and Monday means pancakes! 🥞 Honestly, that was mostly what motivated me to get up... and work of course 😅 Pancake dEATS: (Recipe ramen from @choosing_balance) 3/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @kosnaturals), 1 tbsp coconut sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Although, fair warning, it’s delicious and ‘eggy’ but it ain’t eggs, lets be real, and that’s a great thing.⁣ ⁣ It’s still packed full of protein, nutritious and takes minutes to make. I’ll definitely be having this for brekkie again 😋😋😋⁣ ⁣ What do you guys think of tofu scramble?⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS ⁣ ⁣ ▪️225g firm tofu (225 g)⁣ ▪️1/4 tsp salt⁣ ▪️1/4 tsp turmeric powder⁣ ▪️1/8 tsp ground black pepper⁣ ▪️1 tbsp nutritional yeast ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ METHOD ⁣ ⁣ ▪️Chop the tofu and use a fork to crumble it into bite-sized pieces.⁣ ▪️Add some oil to a frying pan and when it’s hot, add the tofu and the rest of the ingredients. Jaggery Pudding/Gur ki Kheer🤗 Something I made for Pongal but totally forgot to share here🙄 Also, the sudden rains in Delhi are making me crave something hot and sweet now☺️ . So here is I made this... Took 1 cup basmati rice, 2 cups Split and husked green gram/Dhuli moong dal, 200 gm jaggery/gur, crushed Dry fruits and 2 spoons of Ghee . •Roasted rice and green gram/moong dal until it starts to bring out the aroma •Then in a Cooker, take 3 cups of water with roasted rice and green gram/moong dal and cook until the 1st whistle •In a pan, melt the jaggery with 1/2 cup of water until it becomes a paste •Now take the Jaggery paste and mix it with the cooked rice and green gram/dal and cook in the cooker for 5 minutes •Now just add 2 spoons ghee and crushed dry fruits and serve hot🤗❤️ . Well after gaining some wisdom through my Dietetics Degree and my friend @laura_c5c I learned using fresh herbs is a great way to "season" my food without the addition of salt . Salt is great and needed for your body but in limited amounts . Try and keep your salt (sodium) intake limited on a daily basis to maintain a healthy lifestyle . My go to fresh herbs to use in my foods is cilantro and rosemary

Dinner inspiration...a simple tomato Provençal sauce with olives can quickly tra
Dinner inspiration...a simple tomato Provençal sauce with olives can quickly transform a pan fried fillet of fish. Served with your favourite steamed green veg, you’ve got the week off to a great start! . You’ll need... 2 large onions, finely sliced 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tin chopped tomatoes Handful of sundried tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato purée Handful of olives 1 tbsp capers (optional) 1 tbsp Herbes de Provences . Here’s how... Sauté the onions gently for around 10mins until softened but not browned, then add the garlic and continue for another 5mins 🍅 Add the sundried, tinned tomatoes and purée and cook for a further 5mins. Add the olives, capers and herbs, season well, stir through and leave to simmer and reduce for 5mins. . For the fish, you can use any white fish or salmon fillets. Simply pan fry in a little butter/olive oil for around 1 or 2 mins each side over a moderate heat, until golden brown. . Baked cinnamon apple and pear oats served with warm milk ✨ really easy to do ~ preheat the oven, chop an apple and a pear into cubes, fry in coconut oil and cinnamon and add some honey after around 5 mins, sprinkle some oats into the fruit and mix well. Add to an over proof dish and bake for around 25 mins ✨🍏I served mine with warm milk, toasted nuts and seeds and @pipandnut almond butter 🍐

PURPLE VEGAN PANCAKES 🥞 ♡ 100 g all purpose flour ♡ 100 g whole wheat flour ♡ 10 g baking powder ♡ 1+1/2 tbsp baking soda ♡ 2 tbsp @rawnice pink pitaya powder (➡️ use code 'nourishing.andreea' to get 15% off your order at @rawnice) ♡ 1+1/2 tsp @rawnice blue spirulina powder ♡ a pinch of sea salt ♡ 2-3 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used sugar) ♡ 360 ml milk of choice (I used coconut) ♡ 1+1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar . Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller one mix the liquid ones. Pour liquids over dry and mix. Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes. Mix together the chocolate chips and coconut oil, then microwave in 45 second intervals until melted, stirring in between. Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 1-3 minutes per side. Toss the cabbage in half of the crema. Assemble tacos by placing the slaw on the tortillas, followed by the pineapple salsa and shrimp finally topping with a drizzle of crema. AVOCADOOOOO OF COURSE 😍🤤🥑💚 . #whatsonmyplate : a cooked sweet potato (45 mins in the airfryer, you check when it's cooked, if not keep cooking for some minutes), you cut it in the middle but not to the bottom, you add smashed avo( with lemon juice, pepper, pink himalayan salt), zucchini and cucumber pieces, and a ton of feta cheese. Pink himalayan salt, pepper. . Absolutely AMAZING. For real. . What do you think about it guys? :) . 🇫🇷Les patates douces c'est un must dans la cuisine. . C'est pleins de bienfaits pour votre corps et c'est juste délicieux 😍 . Et vous savez quoi c'est juste délicieux avec de l'avocat 😍😍😍🥑🥑🥑💚💚💚 . Dans mon assiette : une patate douce cuite à l'airfryer pendant 45mins ou plus selon la grosseur de la patate, couper la au milieu sans toucher le fond de la patate. Ajouter l'avocat écrasé avec jus de citron, poivre et sel rose d'himalaya, courgette et concombre, et feta, beaucoup de feta. 😍😍 . C'est juste UN DÉLICE 🤤🤤 . Belle journée ✨✨✨

Je vous montre la technique dans les autres photos: il faut trancher l'aubergine en éventail, huiler et épicer chaque tranche, mettre du mozzarella, des tomates et des oignons entre chaque tranche, déposer le tout sur un nid de sauce tomate, couvrir et cuire au four 50 minutes.
