I can honestly say that I was lack of motivation in running after completed my second full marathon. However, that's not the only reason why I stopped running for awhile. Life is becoming busy and tougher recently 😥 I believe that running is the best way to overcome the laziness. You will never stop running when you have a goal to accomplish it.

I set this goal because I had taken off WAY too much time from running! I needed a reset to build better habits for the upcoming year! 2019 the year that I plan to run a FULL Marathon! So now what!? Day 19 is complete, 30 minute Legs @hasfit_official#tribe30 workout today. This morning I did my Yoga, then went outside and had a run. I was really planning on doing another Run/Walk as my legs felt terrible the first half mile or so, then somehow I got it in my mind that I was fine and kept going. Ended up with my fastest 10k by the end of it, somehow I go from not doing much at all, to a new personal best. Tonight I did my body weight moves, and knocked out the legs. 現場で夜まで作業してからの~っ、きらら10kmRun。 先日取り付け方が分からなかった金物ですが、ログに座を掘らなきゃいけない事が判明!ひたすらノミで座を掘っていました。 不安定な脚立作業。また金物の位置に配線穴があれば逃げを作る等、手間ばかりかかってなかなか進捗しません。 最初から分かってたら、ログ組みする前に座掘りしてたんですが、、、紆余曲折もDIYの醍醐味ということにしておきます。 端材が溜まってきたので、ペール缶焚火台を作って投入しました。 よく燃えて炭もほとんど残りません。そしてとても暖かい。 この時期の現場は、暖かいのが何よりありがたいです。 #running#marathon#marathonic#funrun#runkeeper#garmin#runstagram#igrunners#ランニング#マラソン#igランナーズ#hmランナーズ#loghouse#selfbuild#diy#ログハウス#セルフビルド#焚き火

Things I saw on my run this morning 👀Dead Canetoads, a bat 🦇, cockatoos, galahs, a man walking two PUREBRED dogs ( A strange phenomenon in Darwin), an inviting looking pool, a lady walking with her toddler in a stroller, sunrise 🌅. Things I heard: all of those birds 🦅, dogs, people arguing in their house , a toddler excitedly chatting to her mum about my dog, a man having a jolly chuckle ( at me commenting to him that I know I’m not fast when my dog is barely breaking a trot beside me), dogs barking ( not mine ), cars, my feet pounding the pavement and me breathing ( always a good sign). My new running headphone is excellent, I can still hear my music and it sounds the way it’s supposed to sound, but I can also hear my surroundings. Little chilly, but I warmed up really fast and ended up having to unzip my jacket. I feel like I’ve officially developed a love of running. Since the beginning of December, I have run 55 miles! And I really look forward to each run. I’m on Week 4 of Couch to 5K and I’m really glad I started this program so I can build up my pace and endurance.
