LEG DAY FEELS 🤢🔥 _ When you have a goal you need to give it 100% everyday. Even on your off days you need to push past the mindset and give it your all. Find your limits and push them. Stop going easy on yourself. Stop trying to make things easier. Stop being afraid to fail. Failing is not failure. Quitting is failure. _ How bad do you want it? If you want it bad enough you won't let anything or anybody stand in your way. You'll push the limits. You won't stop when it hurts, you'll stop when you're done. _ Complete side note: Absolutely crushed my leg workout today. My mindset has been completely different now that I focus on muscle fatigue and not sets/reps or weight. I keep finding ways to push myself further with every workout I do. That's always the goal. For my workout tomorrow I need to be beat who I was today. It's me vs me. Every damn day. Let's get it!

Hello everyone!😁 Happy #transformationtuesday This day has actually become one of my favorite days of the week now! Just because I get to see all the progress so many people have made! Before I began my weightloss journey I didn’t fully understand what people go through when they lose weight. 🤔 I actually thought that those people were losing weight really fast and that they were sprinting toward their goals! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃 I honestly didn’t understand that weight loss is a true marathon! It👏will 👏 not 👏 happen 👏 overnight! In the picture to the right I was about 195 in the picture to the left I’m about 177. So 18lbs between these photos and about 4 months! That’s about 4.5 lbs a month!!! It’s is a slow marathon at times! But the results make it all worth it! One of those weird non-scale victories Colin’ your way 😅🙌🏻🎉 I low-key always wanted to feel comfortable enough to be in the middle of a crowded ass gym and workout in just a sports bra 👀 I don’t know why it’s such a big deal? 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I’ve always wanted to do it 😂 After chest today... I was feeling strong, and I was also feeling a little lean this morning, So I decided what the heck— gonna do my pull ups with my shirt off #lunkalarm 🚨🔥😂 For real though, looking at this video is crazy to me. I’m not use to seeing my back like this 🤭 But it’s not even my back.. like, bisssshh whose waist is that? 💁🏼‍♀️ Surreal I’ve been at this weight-loss journey now for about 5 years and I still find it hard to believe THATS ME 😍 Workin’ hard everyday though 🙌🏻🔥 And that hard work is definitely paying off! #RentsDue

Back in November I tried an exercise for the first time that I believe is called the “CrossFit Linda.” It consists of doing 10 sets of 3 different exercises as fast as you can, with the first set of each being 10 reps, then 9 reps, then 8 all the way down to 1. . . So 10 deadlift followed by 10 bench press followed by 10 squat cleans, then 9 of each and so on as fast as you can. . . The first time I did it, I used the following weights. . . Deadlift - 155.25 lbs Bench - 175 lbs Squat/clean - 95 lbs . It took me 23:39 . Today I came to the gym a second time with my wife having already had an intense leg day with @athleticaf and @tango_towns so I thought I’d bust out some “cardio.” Instead I decided to see if I’d gotten stronger in a meaningfully measurable way. I decided to do the same weights as the first time I tried ( they seemed lighter now in my mind). . . . Even though I had already had leg day, I cut more than 6 MINUTES off! I probably still could have gone faster. Learn from people who are stronger than you, and do what they do. I learned this exercise from @summerofsean and love seeing how much I’ve progressed in a relatively short time. Do more. Of course we just had Easter with the boys and it was wonderful, and the food..😍 But the holiday is over and it’s time to jump right back into it! I can remember so vividly when I would go “off track” and I would hate myself for it. I would give up on my diet and decide I was a lost cause. But that was so crazy 😜 To think that one meal was going to ruin months of hard work.
