Happy Monday!! It’s our final week of core work 💪 We are going back to some exercises we began with to see if the feel better/stronger this time around. 1. Dolphin Plank Walks: start in forearm plank then using your abs start to puke your hips up and slowly walk your feet in as far as you can go (if your hamstrings are tight keep knees bent) then pause at the top and slowly return back to #forearmplank 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest then repeat 2. Obviously the single legged variation is going to be a lot more challenging. - Aim for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps per side, using a moderate load/weight. - I’d like to see my raised leg a little more stable throughout, and to see a slightly slower and smoother action with the row. my chin/head could be down a little more too, as we’re looking for good postural alignment throughout. - I personally like to superset this exercise with a bridged one arm dumbbell press, which I’ll post in the coming days. - #theabschallenge

So coming to the point, my mantra or gyaan for you to be refreshed immediately is putting on your brightest gym wear, your headphones 🎧 running shoes n out!... Run it out as much as you can then Chet into a plank position and stay!!! Focus on getting your core to work for a minimum of 60 seconds per set x3 sets n trust me once you’re done you will realize how much you needed to do this to get back into action you’ll surely enjoy the new you! Get it get it get it. I’m going to be honest...working out can suck. There are a lot of days where I love exercising but other days it is a struggleeeeee to get a workout in. Like every inch of your body is screaming no. Like every muscle is hurting and your couch is like “haiiiiiii”....but that’s when habits get formed. When you say, nope couch, I’m going to force myself to move today whether I like it or not! So without further to do...here’s a HIIT workout you can try. 3 exercises. 45 seconds each with a 15 second rest....continue for 15 minutes or until absolute failure. It burns and by the end of it the fun is gone and your arms are like whyyyyyyy.
