Not only does it look dope but it can also help with your posture and develop the muscles in the upper back, arms and core. If you struggling to do 3 pull ups, try a banded variant/machine assisted. Failing that you may need to lose bodyfat in order to pull your own weight and use a lat pull down in the meantime until you build up the strength. Also with bodyweight exercises you can "grease the groove" by doing submaximal reps everyday (never going to failure) trying to accumulate as much volume throughout the week. Buy a pull up bar and try doing 60% or your max in reps everytime you walk past it. Same goes for pushups and most core exercises. Thoughts become things. The only limits that exist are the ones you put on yourself. Think about it. What is a pattern you can see in your day to day life? Are you always thinking about the time you screwed up? Your mistakes? The person who wronged you? Are you judgemental of others? Envious? Blame others? Do you fight with others? Create drama? Well if that sounds like your day to day life, guess what, that's what YOU are creating. You are choosing to entertain those thoughts. Mind you, I used to be just like that. I had a breakthrough moment a few weeks ago. I've always tried to lead a positive life but I was definitely consumed with negative feelings about myself. My choices in the past, difficult people in my present, putting limits on myself because I don't have a college degree. Beating myself up inside for not making better choices when I was younger. Instead, I realized, hey I'm not any of these things anymore. I'm a strong, loving person and I deserve anything I want from life. I am not going to let others dictate how I feel about myself. It's called SELF ESTEEM. Not you partners job, your friends, you children, your boss, or your enemies. You have to take control of how you feel about YOU. Remember you are creating your reality with the thoughts you put in your head. If you are constantly fearful, worried, stressed, you will continue to feel that way. So I encourage you to do a few things. Research meditation. Clear your mind. Make a journal of some things you want in your life. Then, make a list of everything you are grateful for. Your sight, hearing, the flowers, etc. Start there if you need to. Doesn't matter what you are going through you have something to appreciate. Then everyday look at this list. Start saying thank you outloud as soon as you wake up. Say thank you everytime something goes your way. This could be as simple as finding a great parking spot, or receiving a compliment, to an unexpected surprise. Always be thankful. It's so important to acknowledge that the way you feel inside can be felt by others. Put good vibes in, good vibes come out, then others will start giving you good vibes too. And there will be resistance. See below

So we have been replacing pasta with julien style zucchini in place of pasta noodles and you can even put them in soups. Spagetti squash is another fave to use. Just be careful with how much marinara sauce you use. You should mix half with chopped cherry tomatoes. Use lean ground chicken or mushroom instead if you are not eating meat. I prefer Mushroom. Spaghetti squash is lower in calories, richer in protein and lower carb content.
