May not be using the heaviest weights these days (20lb barbell, 10lb dumbbells & a 25 weight plate) BUT AT LEAST I’M STILL GETTIN IT DONE at almost 38 weeks pregnant! I’ve slowed down my pace and lowered by weights recently but I’m still making sure my workouts get done and that they are a little challenging still! I know some people can't understand why I workout at home, but try and see it from where I'm standing... Why "don't" you workout at home? Mein erster Kurs startet heute schon um 07:30 Uhr - für viele ist es unvorstellbar so früh aufzustehen, um sich sportlich zu betätigen - und dann noch an einem Montag!!! Und wie oft hört man, dass sich Menschen zum Sport „gequält“ haben. Warum denken wir so? Auch wenn Fitness ein mega großes Thema ist und die Motivation immer größer wird, sind wir Deutschen im Gegensatz zu anderen Ländern, wo es ganz normal ist morgens um fünf Uhr aufzustehen und mit Sport den Tag zu starten, echte Langweiler. Warum nicht einfach mal Umdenken und sich raus aus der gesellschaftlichen Komfortzone bewegen? Ich sehe Sport z.B. nicht als Quälerei, sondern bin dankbar dafür, dass ich mich bewegen DARF und mein Körper es mir erlaubt wann immer ich will Vollgas zu geben. Für mich ist das ein Privileg - besonders wenn ich darüber nachdenke, dass es Menschen gibt, die vielleicht super gerne Sport machen würden, es aber aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht können - was würden diese Menschen wohl dafür geben an einem Montag Morgen um 07:30 Uhr Sport machen zu dürfen? #changeyourperspective

Managed to defend 2nd place in the Elite Ultra Beast it @lukeness7 sure had me running scared at the end. @austinazar was unstoppable, very humbling performance out there! Share podium along side Azar ✅ Elevation gain of 4000+ meters and around 50km and 60 something obstacles, wow @spartanracecanada you did it again. An exercise that I always make sure to do every Leg Day is the Single Leg Leg Press. It’s an exercise that I started doing during rehab after my ACL Surgery. What most people don’t realize is that just like they have a dominant hand or side, they also have a dominant leg. This exercise helps to correct muscle imbalances that build up over time from the dominant leg subconsciously taking on more of the weight.
