Leute: lernt Handstand. Es bringt so viel: Self confidence, Perspektivenwechsel, Steigerung der Reagibilität der Hirnblutgefässe, Synapsen-Inversion, Vorlast-Steigerung mit Training des inotropie-steigernden Frank-Starling Mechanismus mit Zunahme der Sarkomer-Dehnung und erhöhtem Schlagvolumen. Ich könnte die Liste ewig fortsetzen aber alleine dieser Text wurde im Handstand geschrieben und irgendwie reichts dann jetzt auch.. Zajímá mě, jestli preferujete jako fitness trenéra muže, nebo ženu, a zda volíte raději trenéra stejného pohlaví, nebo odlišného 😊 Zatím ženy hlasují pro trenéra muže, a musím uznat, že já také preferuji trenéra Dana.
