THE STRUGGLE Oh gosh, it’s Tuesday and it’s already been a heck of a week. I’m up 3lbs, and my spirits are down. Got some news that’s made things a little extra stressful around here. I am struggling. Struggling to eat healthy. Struggling to stay post. Struggling to focus on what needs to be done. Here I am, struggling to get back into keto after this weekend, but I’m getting life thrown at me from all directions. I know now the triggers that lead to a binge, and I feel like life is throwing them all at me right now. So far, I’ve stopped relapse from happening. So far I’ve fought it off. But it’s right here, sitting in my house. WAITING. JUST WAITING. Relapse is ugly. And I don’t want it here. But yet there it is. Just licking it’s chops. Waiting for the split second of weakness. Preying on me the moment I let my guard down. I have to stay vigilant. I have to stay aware. I have to be smart. I have to be prepared. I need to be filled up, not low down. I need to be focused. 
But lately, I’ve found focus hard. I’m distracted, I’m anxious, I’m flighty. I know what needs to be done, but life keeps changing the rules beneath my feet. I’m on uneven ground, it’s shaky. But I’m still here. I’m still hanging in there. Aaaand back to it she goes 💃🏼💃🏼🥳🥳! Having thoroughly enjoyed my week break with all the food and alcohol (don’t want to see an alcoholic beverage for a loooong ass time lol), it’s back to meal prepping and training! Away with work until Thursday meant I needed to prep everything in advance! I always make something like a chilli or cottage pie because I can make it in bulk - usually 10 portions and then freeze it! Just makes sure I always have something in the freezer! For my meals away I have Chilli all prepped. I swear by microwaveable rice - you can usually borrow the microwave in service stations that are meant for baby food! Also some @musclefooduk chicken burgers, asparagus and parsnips! Cashew butter, protein shakes, fruit and oats also make up the rest of my meals! The training part is easy for me! Even the 5am starts 5 days a week - doesn’t phase me! The diet - I struggle with! I have the biggest sweet tooth ever and could eat scones aaaall day, every day! But I am disciplined to know that I can’t eat like that all the time! Yes I have treats but I usually follow a 80:20% rule for eating. You can train as much as you want, but if you’re diet isn’t right - then you won’t see the changes or the results in the gym that you want!! CLICK SAVE because this is 👌🏼. • It's easy to make and even easier to adjust for your macros (if you track them)! • INGREDIENTS: -Cajun Seasoning (I bought a big container from the Amish store.. best I've ever had) -1/8tsp Garlic Powder (I also bought a container from the Amish.. freaking amazing) -Salt and Pepper to taste -3oz Raw Chicken Breast, cut into pieces -40g Orange Bell Pepper, finely chopped -40g Zucchini, finely chopped -100g cup of Jasmine Rice • DIRECTIONS: -Add the chicken, zucchini, and bell pepper into a frying pan. -Sprinkle the garlic, salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning (to taste) over top. -Fry on medium-low heat until chicken is cooked through then remove from heat. -Remove from pan and place on a bed of rice. -Serve yourself and enjoy! 🍲 • MACROS: Protein 23g Carbs 21g Fats 1g Calories 188 • Easily can increase the carbs by adding more rice. You can also increase the fat by adding pepper jack cheese on top (to die for)!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 1 Cauliflower Head cut into florets 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce separated 1 Tbsp Butter Or Olive Oil 1 Tsp Garlic Powder Pinch of Salt to taste Parsley to Garnish . 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Preheat oven to 450F or air fryer to 400 F. If using the oven, prepare a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper. In a bowl, add butter or olive oil and stir in the garlic powder, salt and buffalo sauce. Toss the cauliflower florets with the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated. Place them on the baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes or until done and roasted. If using an air fryer, cook them for 10-12 minutes until roasted. Not Replenishing Key Nutrients After Vigorous Activity. . After a soccer game or a long outdoor run/bike ride (over an hour), we will need to replenish minerals and fluids that are lost in perspiration, along with replenishing our glycogen stores, which is stored energy. My go-to beverage is floridaorangejuice. Bring a little island flare to you next family gathering and save on all of the added fats and unnecessary breading with this healthier version of a crowd favorite. Baking these shrimp and the healthy dipping sauce let’s you enjoy these great flavors and know you are keeping your meal nutritious and nourishing. Ingredients * ½ lb Peeled Shrimp (approx 18-20 medium) * ½ c Unsweetened Shredded Coconut * ½ c Panko Breadcrumbs * ¼ c Cornstarch * ½ c Egg Whites * For the Sauce: ¼ c Crushed Pineapple ½ tsp Diced Jalapeno Pepper 1 tsp Lime Juice * 3 tsp Chopped Cilantro or Green onion * Combine lime juice, jalapeño, cilantro, and pineapple in a small bowl and mix well. Placing in a blender works well also. Set aside * Preheat oven to 400, spray baking sheet or line with parchment * In a bowl beat egg whites until frothy. * Place cornstarch and coconut on two separate plates. Combine the Panko with the coconut. Hold shrimp by the tail and dip and coat the shrimp with cornstarch. Then, egg whites and finally the coconut/Panko. This is something fun to do with the kids if you have some eager little chefs. * Bake for 10-15 minutes or until coconut is a golden brown. Turn once halfway through to brown both sides. I like to turn my oven on broil for the last 1-2 minutes to make sure it gets a little crunch to it. * Serve with the dipping sauce. We wanna {cashew} in the kitchen, wrist twistin’ like a {stir-fry} 🥡🥦🎶😜 . Ingredients: (makes 4 servings) • 1 lb chicken, cut into small chunks • ½ red onion, roughly chopped • ½ red bell pepper, roughly chopped • ½ green bell pepper, roughly chopped • 2 heads of broccoli • 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil • 2 tbsp coconut aminos • 1 handful of cashews . Directions: • Cook the cauliflower rice according to directions on bag • Spray large skillet with oil and sauté onion on medium heat until caramelized • Add cubes of chicken and EVOO and cook for another 5 minutes, tossing constantly • Add in red bell pepper, green bell pepper, broccoli, cooked cauliflower rice, and coconut aminos and sauté for another 5-7 minutes • Add in cashews a few minutes before everything is done cooking so they don’t lose their crunch • Stir, flavor with salt & pepper if desired, and enjoy! 😛

Když 12.2.19 přišla mladá maminka Anička s cílem změnit svůj životní styl a zredukovat váhu, bylo vidět, že do toho půjde naplno 😇 Spoustu potravin a jídel pro ní bylo nových, její typický jídelníček se skládal z rohlíků a sladkostí🥐🍕🍰🍫 I tak se do toho opřela a po 4měsících má dole 11,8kg a po celém těle 48cm!!! 😳💪🙏👌 . . Maminka se k ní přidala o měsíc později a také si vede moc pěkně - 4,8kg dole a vše pouze z tuků, svaly si pravidelným cvičením, které jsme také konzultovaly, udržuje 💪🦵Centimetry -40,5cm 😱🤸🏼‍♂️ . . Dnes jsme obměnily jídla, vytvořila jsem jim 🏖 LETNÍ JÍDELNÍČKY 🍉 s novými jídly (jako třeba tvarohové knedlíky, těstoviny s mákem apod😄🤭) a obě se nyní budou snažit samy 😊 . Una vez que lo descubras esto, será tu pasta favorita para las cenas! en serio, pruébala con mi salsa boloñesa original y ni te enteras que no estas comiendo pasta. Es muy fácil hacerla: lo mejor es que sale al dente! Lots of people ask me how I stay satisfied in a calorie deficit. My response? LOTS OF (non-starchy) VEGGIES! Non-starchy veggies are high volume, nutrient dense and very low in calories, so I’m always loading my plates with all the non-starchy veggies I want! . . Some examples of how I corporate non-starchy veggies into my diet are: 🌱adding veggies (sautéed lightly in cooking oil spray) like spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers to my morning eggs 🌱having a large greens salad with a meal (with light cooking oil spray and apple cider vinegar or a low/zero calorie salad dressing) 🌱prepping roasted or grilled veggies (again using cooking oil to lightly coat for cooking) like Brussels sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, radishes, onion and peppers, eggplant, zucchini, simmer squash, tomatoes, etc.. to have on hand at all times. Great paired with a meal or to snack on. 🌱 prep raw veggies like snap peas, snow peas, radishes, celery, peppers, green beans and carrots for easy access snacks. Raw veggies are great with hard boiled eggs or a low fat cheese stick for a snack. . . Not all veggies are created equal! While all veggies are healthy, starchy veggies are higher in calories so portions need to be monitored: ⚠️winter squashes and root veggies like beets and parsnips - full of healthy vitamins and minerals but are higher in carbs so have more calories per serving. Servings need to be monitored more closely. ⚠️potatoes, yams, yucca (cassava), taro and other starchy root vegetables - nutrient dense (especially sweet potatoes) but very high in carbs and thus much higher in calories. Servings need to be monitored closely and Incorporated into your diet mindfully. ⚠️starchy vegetables like corn and peas are higher in calories and carbs so should be incorporated mindfully. ⚠️ Avocado - while *NOT* a starchy vegetable is high in heart healthy fats so are also high in calories. Avos are SUPER HEALTHY but should be eaten mindfully as they pack quote the calorie punch and it’s very easy to over-do it with this yummy calorie bomb. . .
