Stress dan sibuk tak sempat jaga kesihatan sendiri, masak dan makan asal sedap, kenyang saja. High risk untuk dapat kencing manis, high kolesterol dan darah tinggi. . Sudah lebih 10 tahun cuba untuk berdiet tapi tak pernah berjaya. Sebab diet tak berilmu. Azam tahun baru yang tak pernah tercapai. . September 2018, hati terbuka dan ready nak join program selepas beberapa bulan stalking ig coach2 dari team nickhinhussein dan Allah guide saya memilih coach Ara. . Di sini saya belajar cara pemakanan yang sihat dan betul dan ilmu kesihatan badan yang berguna. Siapa sangka dalam 25 hari saya hilang 7.1 kg tanpa berjam-jam senaman yang extreme dan tak perlu enroll gym. Hanya melakukan senaman yang diajar oleh coach yang bagi saya ibu-ibu di rumah dan bekerja mampu buat di rumah😁. . Terima kasih team coach nickhinhussein yang sentiasa memberi semangat positif terutama coach Ara. . Alhamdulillah, syukur nikmat Ya Allah. Dah tak sakit kaki dan badan ringan cergas sepanjang hari. 🍕🍫🙊 CHEAT MEAL: zašto, kako i koliko često 🍟🍩😁 Većina nas je prilično entuzijastična kada je trening u pitanju i spremni smo se "natjerati" da treniramo svaki dan kako bismo promijenili konstituciju tijela, smanjili masno tkivo i povećali mišićnu masu 💪 Ali, ono sto je teži dio posla, a jednako bitan za postizanje rezultata- to je izbalansirana ishrana tj. dijeta u skladu sa ciljem koji imate 😊👌 Zašto nam je CHEAT MEAL uopste potreban i kada od njega imamo koristi a kada štete? Kada krenemo sa restrikcionom dijetom i svakodnevno budemo u kalorijskom deficitu, jedno vrijeme napredujemo prilično brzim tempom (uglavnom u početku) pa onda nakon odredjenog vremena napredujemo malo sporije i onda uslijedi period stagnacije kada tijelo vise ne može da gubi masno tkivo. Do toga dolazi, jer nam se prilikom dugog perioda u kalorijskom deficitu smanjuje proizvodnja hormona štitne žlijezde koji su zaduženi za regulisanje metabolizma, i to je jedan od razloga usporavanja metabolizma. Dakle tijelo se stagnacijom "buni" i daje signale da je potrebno nešto da se promijeni da bi moglo dalje nastaviti sa napretkom. Možda ćemo i dalje gubiti na težini ali to vise neće biti kilogrami masti već misica, jer , usljed dugog perioda u kalorijskom deficitu dolazi i do pojačanog lučenja kortizola (hormona stresa) koji direktno utice na razgradnju naših misica. Dakle, ovo je situacija kada nam cheat meal može pomoći da napredujemo 😊👌 ...nastavak u komentarima... 💌😉

Final #MealPrep post for this week is breakfast related. For breakfast I usually have #fruit with #NaturalYoghurt, fruit with #milk & #granola / #muesli, or x2 #eggs with #roastveggies. . So today was about measuring the milk - 60ml or a quarter cup (1/4 cup); and also one third of a cup (1/3 cup) #glutenfreemuesli and 1/3 cup of #GlutenFreeGranola. For me, being #GlutenFree keeps the migraines away. I only eat granola/muesli twice a week and so packing milk like this in small containers goes into the freezer and the cereal in ziploc bags in the pantry. . I don’t take fat free products and 120ml of full fat milk per week is not going to stress anyone. #LowFatYoghurt is ok, but #LowFatMilk sucks🥴 . . #MealPrepping#MealPlan#MealPlanning#HealthyEating#HealthyMeals#HealthyMealPlan

Day 6 Chicken Don 🍛 For sanity sake it’s super important to allow myself a few “FREE Meals” per week. Which means that I can enjoy my life and still be super social. There are so many things you can order out and maintain your nutrition regime. For me, Japanese works well because it’s simple, tasty and accomodating! Ingredients: 120g Chicken Breast (Raw) 50g Broccoli 50g Snow Peas 50g Mushrooms 150g Basmati Rice (cooked) Garnish: GF Tamari Sesame Seeds Herbamare Cool the rice 1:2 (rice:water) in a pot on high. Pan fry chicken breast with a little coconut oil until cooked. Sauté greens in another pan on high in 1/4 cup of water for 2 mins with lid on. Strain then pan fry with coconut oil and Herbamare to charr. Add sesame seeds and a little Tamari! Keep It Simple Sexy! Sit in a comfy quiet place, give thanks and ENJOY! 😋 Lui 💋
