Aujourd’hui je te donne 4 petits conseils pour respecter ton plan alimentaire ou respecter tes calories 🤓 . La première astuce néanmoins très connu : le meal prep. Tout simplement préparer des repas en avance. Le soir quand tu rentres du boulot, généralement on a un peu la flemme de cuisiner. Prend un moment le week-end ou dans ta semaine pour cuisiner plusieurs repas, que tu peux ensuite congeler ou conserver au frigo. Tu aura juste à réchauffer = gain de temps et plus de chance de respecter le plan alimentaire 👏 . Deuxième astuce, écoute ton corps et apprends à différencier les moments où tu as vraiment faim et les moments où tu t’ennuies. C’est tout bête mais ça peut faire une grosse différence. Si tu t’ennuies, changes d’activité, fais quelque chose qui te stimule, qui te passionne 🔥 . Numéro trois : ose dire non. Qu’est ce que j’entends par la ? Ça peut être dire non à la « junk food » qu’on te propose, ou proposer un resto plus sain et équilibré qu’aller au Macdo par exemple. Oser proposer autre chose, être différent, et assumer ses choix. Ne pas se laisser guider par la masse, et mal manger car la majorité de notre société le fait ... 🐑 . Et le dernier conseil : savoir s’arrêter de manger quand on a plus faim. Se gaver ne te rendra pas plus heureux. Il est question ici à nouveau d’écouter son corps et de s’arrêter lorsqu’on a plus faim, chose qui peut être difficile avec les buffets à volonté, ou les raclettes ... j’ai moi même un peu de mal parfois 😅 . 🔥🔥@plantfuture • • • • • LENTIL BOLOGNESE! - This is an awesome recipe for anyone wanting to make a plant based bolognese. It’s full of flavour and honestly hits the spot! 🍝🌝 - - INGREDIENTS: - - 200g whole wheat spaghetti dry - 150g green or brown lentils dry - 1 sprig of rosemary - A pinch of dried chilli flakes - 1 bay leaf - 1 large carrot, 2 sticks celery, 1 large onion (cut into small dice) - 500g tomato paste - 1 veg stock cube - Small handful of fresh parsley - Salt & pepper to taste - 500g baby spinach - 1 clove garlic - Juice of half a lemon - Olive oil - - DIRECTIONS: - 1. In a large pan add a couple tablespoons of oil and fry the rosemary & chilli flakes for a few seconds. Add the chopped carrot, celery & onion. Fry gently for 10 mins. 2. Add the bay leaf & lentils. Stir well. 3. Add the pasta, veg stock cube and cover with water. 4. Place the lid on the pan and simmer gently for 1 hour. 5. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until just cooked. (Save some of the pasta water in a cup) 6. Add the pasta to the sauce with a little pasta water & the parsley. Stir well. 7. For the spinach, heat a little oil in a pan and fry the garlic and chilli flakes for a few seconds. Add the spinach & season well with salt & pepper. Cook for a minute or until the spinach has just wilted. 8. Drain a little water from the pan then squeeze a little lemon juice. 🔥😍Shakshuka🥚🍅🍃 - Love this by @feelgoodfoodie - - INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 medium onion, sliced 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cans (14 oz diced tomatoes) 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon coriander Salt and freshly ground black pepper 6 eggs Fresh cilantro, for garnish Crusty bread, for serving - INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat olive oil cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook for about 10 minutes until the onions become soft and translucent. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until the garlic becomes fragrant. 2. Pour in the tomatoes, and add in the cumin, paprika and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the tomato sauce begins to thicken like a stew, about 10-15 minutes. 3. Create 6 small wells in the tomato stew. Gently crack the eggs into the skillet over the tomatoes in the wells formed. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the skillet and cook until the egg whites have set, about 10 minutes. 4. 💢Brownie Saturday💢 Receta @letgaga79 . ¡Desayunito chocolover! ✔ingredientes. 40 gr de harina de avena sabor brownie. 20 gr de harina de cacahuete. 1 cdta de levadura. 1 cda de cacao en polvo desgrasado. 30 ml de bebida vegetal de coco. 1 cda de Peanut Butter. 1 huevo 1 clara. 1 onza de chocolate 100% ✔Preparación . Trituramos todos los ingredientes menos el chocolate que lo cortamos en cuadritos pequeños y lo incorporamos a la mezcla, lo llevamos a una sartén con aceite de coco a fuego medio, cuando los bordes estén dorados le damos la vuelta para dorar por el otro lado y listo! ✔Toopings.
