I had previously assumed that "white cheddar flavor" included SOME kind of milk product, like seemingly every other snack item out there, lol.. Mixed Berry Muesli Bars ✨💖😋Who doesn't love a good ol' granola bar? Crispy edges but still gooey and sticky inside, filled with oats, dotted with raisins & nuts, and juicy berries throughout. We're using muesli in this one as it comes already packed with some dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Just use your favourite brand here, no need to get picky 🤷🏼‍♀️Recipe below ↓ ⠀ ☆ makes 12 slices ☆ 1 cup dried prunes or dates 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp almond milk 2 cups muesli 1/2 cup raspberries & blueberries, fresh or frozen ⠀ Place the dried prunes (or dates) in a bowl and fill with hot water. Let soak for 10 minutes. Preheat your oven to 175ºC | 350ºF and lightly grease or line a baking tray. Set aside. Once dried fruit has softened, drain half the liquid and add the remaining liquid along with the dried fruit into a food processor or small blender until it forms a paste. In a saucepan gently warm the maple syrup, peanut butter and almond milk. Stir in the paste until combined. Add in the muesli and mix to coat. It should form a rather sticky batter. Transfer mixture to baking tray and press down until it has spread evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Remove and let cool before cutting into slices or squares!

Oh my gosh you guys this was soooo good. I'm estimating around 300 calories for this as its quite small, but the store doesn't provide calorie counts so I can't be 100% sure. Honestly? I don't care. Back with the @nanobcaa pancakes. This one I ate with no extra toppings or anything, pleased to say that the chocolate filling kept it super yummy and moist and macro friendly😜 Still shook that they've managed to create a stuffed protein pancake that tastes like a regular one, yet has such amazing macros and plenty of filling. These guys need to make a stuffed waffle next and that'll save me so much hassle! Macros: 136 kcal 13.1g carbs 2.3g fat 16g protein

And I’m glad to say they didn’t disappoint 😍 I combined it with my protein ice cream recipe and my second favourite of the Nuts ‘N More range, White Chocolate Pretzel 🙋🏻‍♂️ . Ingredients 📋 15g @impactsportnutrition Vanilla Whey Protein 125g @fage 0% Fat Greek Yogurt 75g @aldiuk Low Fat Cottage Cheese 200g Ice Cubes Toppings 15g @nutsnmore White Chocolate Pretzel 1x @fibreoneuk Carrot Cake Bar . Macros 📊 P39g – C22.5g – F10.5g – 356cals . Recipe 👨🏻‍🍳 In case you haven’t seen my previous posts, recipe instructions: Using a blender bottle attachment, layer 100g of ice cubes, 125g Greek yogurt, 75g cottage cheese, 1/2 scoop protein powder followed by a further 100g of ice cubes. Blend this for up to 1 minute until it's all combined and transfer into a bowl. For the toppings I broke up the carrot cake bar and drizzled approximately 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on top 😋

Zutaten (6 Brötchen) - 200g Mandelmehl - 30g Flohsamenschal
Mandelmehl Brötchen Zutaten (6 Brötchen) - 200g Mandelmehl - 30g Flohsamenschalen - 4 Eier - 1/2 TL Salz - 40g Haselnüsse - 1/2 Pck. Backpulver - 170ml Wasser (warm) Zubereitung Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft) vorheizen. Mandelmehl, Flohsamenschalen, Salz und Backpulver in einer Schüssel vermischen. Eier trennen, davon werden vier Eiklar und zwei Eigelb benötigt, zwei Eigelbe werden nicht benötigt. Eier zusammen mit dem warmen Wasser zur Mandelmehlmischung geben und verrühren bis eine homogene Masse entsteht. Haselnüsse klein hacken und unter die Masse heben. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und aus der Masse sechs Brötchen formen. Brötchen nebeneinander auf das Backblech legen und 40-50 Minuten backen. Nährwerte (pro Brötchen) Kalorien 143 Protein 14,5 g Fett 8,2 g Kohlenhydrate 1,9 g
