This one is more about incline work rather than speed. So intervals will be the focus here. Your first instinct might be to change everything at once but - as your coach - I can’t recommend that. • As a coach, my #1 goal is to meet you where you’re at. There is one thing I REALLY love about doing a specific program at home 🏡...well there are a few things I love 😆...but today I really needed the accountability of knowing that I have a workout calendar to stick to! 🗓 I have days when I don’t WANT to exercise! ❌ Days that are stressful and my mind gets tired 😴 I just wanna call it a day and relax 😌 Today was one of those days! 🥴 BUT here’s the thing... I have a 6 week calendar with my workouts planned for me and my rest days are scheduled! 👌🏻I’m committed to this program so I got it done! ✅ The BEST part is my program is 20 minutes a day! 🙌🏻 We can all push through 20 minutes! Right?!? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I remember when I WANTED to exercise at home but I had NO IDEA what I was doing! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Then I discovered my home programs and now I have access to so many types of workouts! 🏋🏻‍♀️ Weightlifting! A perfect moment came when I gave up trying to do it like everyone else.⁣ ⁣ I love the “idea” of getting up two hours before the family to get in some ME time and do ALL the things, like so many of my friends and team mates!⁣ ⁣ What I don’t love is the “reality” of moving my 7:30 wake up to 5:30am! 🤣I tried it twice... not for me! I finally had to toss my “all or nothing” mentality and stop looking at how others where doing their morning thang, and just do me! ⁣ ⁣ My choice: Get up just 30 minutes early and prioritize what will fill my cup the most! ⁣ ⁣ So it looks like this 1.Stop, look and appreciate the morning sunrise. 2.Have a 1:1 with God 3.Meditate for five minutes 4. Spend the rest of the time doing some feel good yoga!⁣ ⁣ So here I am happy, snuggly, able to fully enjoy just being. Woo back to our regular routines ✨ (if you had yesterday off) I hope you all are starting this week off strong and having a good day so far. Here is a quick lil HIIT & ABS circuit which is the best way to get your sweat on 💦 and make ya heart happy!! 💖 SAVE & take it to the gym w/ ya :) • WORKOUT: - Do each movement as fast as you can back to back for 30 secs each then rest for 45 secs to a minute then repeat for 4-5 sets!! - 1️⃣ Jumping lunges to high knees, i did about 4-6 lunges then switched to high knees and so on 2️⃣ Alternate v-sits? Not exactly sure on the name but we’ll go with that 3️⃣ Squat jump with half twist 4️⃣ Around the world, I switched directions half way through time Wearing all @gymshark & sippin @womensbest bcaa’s to get me thru this circuit 💕 Get your sweat on 💛 and have an amazing week!!
