Итак, ингредиенты: 🌸Хлебцы (korner или наподобие) - 2-3 шт. 🌸Любой йогурт (я смешиваю сладкий и обычный) 🌸 Добавки на ваш вкус (у меня: мак, гранат, миндаль) Здесь у вас просто неимоверный простор для творчества. YUM! YUM! YUM!😜 Tonight I made the Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Patty, heated up some Grilled Chicken, Kale+Spinach balls and Cauliflower rice - all from @traderjoes . To add more greens to my meal and balance out all the food groups I added arugula. For the sauces- I used Ketchup for the Veggie patty and Kale+Spinach balls- for the chicken I used Teriyaki sauce and lastly on the rice I poured a little organic coconut aminos sauce from Trader Joe’s. ⭐️Tip: when I was cooking the chicken I peppered it, sprayed a little coconut oil in the pan and sprinkled some nutritional yeast seasoning @bragglivefoodproducts on it as well. #thatgirlceline#foodie#foodvibes#dinner#lunch#diy#homechefvibes#ideas#healthyfood#healthyrecipes#healthy#celinesrecipe#yum

Oh ma lord I’ve been soooo hungry in the last few days and have just been craving carbs, carbs and more carbs! I think it’s because I’m back into my F45 training and my body is needing quick forms of energy to fuel my workouts and repair my sore body! 😅 . So I quickly whipped up some rye bread, an egg, spinach, rocket, pesto, drizzled olive oil all over it and then topped it with coriander and sweet potato croutons for a crunch! . This is such a simple and nutritious meal, it literally took me max 8 minutes. A fantastic reminder you don’t need to over complicate meals or glorify them so they look insta worthy, sometimes the most simplest meals are the best! 🙏🏼

Scroll back a few weeks on the feed for the Pancit recipe and the Chamorro Chicken is from The Meal Prep Manual-2nd Edition. I like to try cooking meals from all kinds of different cultures because it keeps things interesting and because it allows me to experiment with different flavors. One of my favorite things to do is to eat the local food of places I travel and then try and recreate those dishes into meal prep recipes. Unfortunately I haven’t had the opportunity to travel too much but you can find a few of my recipes on this page that have been inspired by my travels. There is a pulled pork and banana pudding recipe that was inspired by a restaurant in Nashville. The Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff recipe was inspired by a restaurant in São Paulo that I used to eat at after work. I find that these dishes are my favorite to prep because not only do they taste great but they also bring back memories of the first time I ate the meals. . . I’ve been making tacos so much recently that quite a few of you have asked me if I’m Mexican because I cook Latin food so often. The answer is no, I just like Latin food 🤠. I am white and Chamorro. The two dishes in this picture are two meals that I grew up eating. My grandma is from the island of Saipan and these two dishes are meals she would cook for us often. The left side is a dish called Pancit. It is a Filipino dish that is made with rice noodles, meat, and just about any vegetables you have on hand. The right side is a meal that is usually made with chicken legs but to make it meal prep friendly it has been altered. One thing to consider when cooking this dish for your preps is to make sure you give the sauce time to reduce. I am NOT a winter person. I hate the snow, I hate the cold, I hate driving in it and everything associated with it. I’m in a permanent golden hour, sun-drenched state of mind. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But for the past few years, as much as I LOVE summer, I dread all of those invites. Why? Because I dread bathing suit shopping and I dread exposing my body for anyone and everyone to see just how much winter truly affects my health. But not this year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have too many places on the bucket list to cross off and too many boat days and BBQ’s to enjoy without having to worry about being judged on my appearance and walking around with a towel wrapped around me. And here’s my plan — to start now. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and cook 2 minutes on each side until the shrimp is pink in color.
