Yes this will still have some impact on your biceps but now you're bringing your shoulders and back into the party too and you are now no longer isolating the biceps themselves. . . . Get a comfortable grip on the bar, roughly shoulder width apart. Keep your shoulders static and focus on contracting the biceps themselves. Nice and controlled so you can focus on technique. Keep the core engaged to stabilise the body and when lowering the bar, take it all the way down. Don't half ass it! You and your biceps will get a lot more out of it by doing the full range of motion. . . . CAAD Manage Sharing! . 🍗 Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken 😋 . 🌀Ingredients 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds ) To taste Kosher Salt To taste Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest 9-12 stalks Fresh Asparagus (depends on how large the stalks of asparagus are) 3/4 Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese (Can substitute with sliced provolone 1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika (substitute with smoked paprika) 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Rosemary 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Thyme 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice . . 🌀Directions Preheat oven to 400F/200C Butterfly the chicken breast in half, length-wise, leaving it intact on one side to create a pocket for stuffing. Season the inside of the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Add 3-4 stalks of asparagus and the provolone cheese in the center of each chicken breast and fold over, to enclose the filling. Season the outside of the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Rub the seasoning into the chicken breast and set aside. Heat a large, oven safe pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once hot, sear the chicken until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Cover the pan with foil, place in the oven, and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow rest for about a few minutes before serving. Home made banana bread made with love 😁. It’s absolutely delicious and so easy to make. . If you don’t have a hand mixer you can use a blender else, just use a fork to mix it thoroughly. ( the added advantage of the mixer is that it gives it extra fluffy ness). . . Deets👇 50g of almond flour + 50 grams is oat flour + 3 banana + 1 medjo date fruit + 1 handful of raisins + a dash of cinnamon + 3 eggs + 1 & 1/2 tsp of baking powder 🔸mix all dry ingredients together 🔸mix the banana + date fruit and raisins with a hand mixer. Mix till all is properly mixed 🔸whisk egg with hand mixer till its foamy. 🔸mix the banana mix and egg together and use the hand mixer to mix it properly. 🔸Add all the dry ingredients to the egg & banana mix, stir with a hand mixer for extra fluffyness 🔸add some nuts (optional) & stir properly 🔸rub the baking pan with coconut oil ( helps easy taking out of the baked bread from the pan) 🔸pour bake mix into the greased pan 🔸place in the pre-heated oven (170 degrees 30-35mins) 🔸enjoy with Greek yoghurt or peanut butter.

For example, a chocolate bar a day may not make a difference now, but may mean in a month or year’s time we hold a little bit more weight than we wanted and become a little bit more vulnerable to sickness without realising. But what if we changed that one snacking habit to snacking on a piece of fruit instead? Same applies to everything in life...how you get up in the morning...whether you go to the gym or stay comfortable at home...whether you continue to go to bed at 2am even though you always say you want to sleep at 12 but never do!
