I pimped these pancakes up with @pb.and.me powdered peanut butter. Never used it before so wasn’t sure what to expect . The taste was good, but the texture was a bit stodgy. Probably due to not having enough eggs at home to make it fluffier. Hubby liked his yoghurt mixed with the powder. It’s 100% natural without sugar or salt , so it has 👍 from me. 5 garlic cloves
3-4  tbsp soy sauce
1 cup chi
Honey Garlic Chicken: * * * SAUCE: 5 garlic cloves 3-4 tbsp soy sauce 1 cup chicken broth (boil ½ a cube of chicken stock in 1 cup of water) 2 tbsp honey 2 tsp corn starch * STIR FRY: 2 chicken breasts (cut into small pieces) 1 cup broccoli florets 1 onion cut into rounds and sliced from the middle (semi circles) Oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 garlic clove crushed (to be added in the end) 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds * * HOW TO: Add 1 tsp olive oil into the pan, let it heat then add the diced chicken in to the pan. Immediately add some salt and pepper (enough to flavour the chicken). Let the chicken leave the pan then start tossing the chicken until 90% cooked (when the water dries out and chicken has a golden crust to it). Simultaneously, mix the ingredients of the sauce as mentioned above together in a bowl and keep aside. This is the sauce mixture to be added together into the chicken. Add the onions and stir it for 2-3 minutes. Now add the broccoli and the sauce mix into the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally. Once the sauce gets thick and coats the chicken and vegetables evenly, the dish is ready. Add the crushed garlic clove and give it a last stir. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the dish and enjoy! This dish can be had as it is or with boiled rice. It depends on the nature of diet or your food preferences. Try this easy peezy chicken dish and tag #fitglamandmore and I shall repost your recipe.
