I’m starting to see a bit more definition... those side #abs / #core are starting to say peek-a-boo 🤗. As a mom of 3, with all their needs, work, the regular needs at home, I had to detach from social media a bit to utilize that time to organize myself. It’s really helpful when you stick to the proper meals and squeezing in at least 30mins for a workout here n there at home or the gym. I just wish I had more time to sleep. Lol. But nothing is easy, it’s all about balance. What a story!!! . "Y’all, my family had pictures done back in May. I didn’t get a copy of the pictures til this week when my sister sent them. I had no idea what a change has happened! I started Trim Healthy Mama the week I got home from FL. I have stayed on plan with the exception of one off plan meal a month (usually a Gluten Free Taco Pizza from a local pizzeria). When I saw these I was shocked. I had lost my baby weight by this time and felt pretty good, so I was shocked that I looked so fluffy. I have PCOS (don’t worry ladies, I plan on walking out of it) so I knew losing could be slower going for me. Once starting, I lost the first 15 relatively easily, but then I stalled for nearly 3 months. I stuck to the plan because for me this is a lifestyle, there’s no turning back from food freedom! The stall busted and now I’m down 21.6lbs in 7 months. My greatest advice is take measurements! I’ve only had one month where the measurements didn’t go down, they shrunk six out of seven months. My second piece of advice is to give yourself grace to learn how to work the plan. No one starts out perfect and one accidental cross over or a complete off plan meal can ruin your progress. Every day the strangle hold of sugar will weaken, just stay away from it and live the THM lifestyle, it will happen! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Pearl and Serene! Also to Danny and Meadow. Every one of you have blessed me on the Poddy more than you will ever know. I’m so excited to see where the next 5 months will get me. I started out by cutting out pop, sugary food, refined carbs, and implementing more healthy fat and protein into my diet!!! It is crazy because when I first started showing results I didn’t even notice until my friends and family told me how much weight I lost. I wasn’t constantly checking the scale or obsessively counting my calories. I simply made a change in my diet and stuck with it consistently. I also ran on my treadmill a lot as well.
