TUESDAY PUSH DAY! 🙌🏼 . . . Another lil workout coming ‘atcha! This is one of my typical ‘push day’ workouts that I do as part as my training routine (push, pull, legs) 🏋️‍♀️ ————— ~5 minute mobility warm up~ ▫️ 4x8 bench press ▫️ 3x10 seated shoulder press ▫️ 3x10 incline chest press Triset ▫️ 3x8 lateral raise ▫️ 3x8 front raise ▫️ 3x10 upright dumbbell row Superset ▫️ 3x12 tricep pulldown ▫️ 3x12 cable face pull Finisher ▫️ 3x12 (each arm) single tricep extension ————— As always I make sure I spend plenty of time on the compound exercises, then move quicker through the supersets with reduced rest! . . . I hope some of you find sharing my workouts useful, because I do get some questions about how I structure my routine! Be sure to give it a save if you dooo 🤓 HAPPY TUESDAY PEEPS! ♥️♥️♥️

Second pic - Jan 2019 - 57.0kg - very deep into off-season with a couple months left before I start prepping. Only about half a kg difference between pics but waist - lats - shoulders - glutes. This is the lovely Siobhan. She officially started as a She Can Mover at the end
This is the lovely Siobhan. She officially started as a She Can Mover at the end of 2018 and has since become a PT client down at Crayford Weights.⠀ ⠀ In the past 20 days she's lost a STAGGERING 6.2kg through good old fashion diet and exercise. There's no sorcery, juice cleanse or magic pill here. Just a whole lot of effort every time we train and vigorous food tracking. (NOTE: not all of this weight loss will be fat but rather stored glycogen and water!) ⠀ But it's not all about success on the scales! In this pic you're looking at one of those proud trainer moments when you're drilling a difficult movement and it suddenly just clicks. The body just goes "ahh! That's how it's done!"⠀ ⠀ This was so awesome to witness. When I told Siobhan that this was one step towards conventional deadlifts she was ecstatic and said "I've always seen people do that and thought it looked so cool." Can't bloody wait to get on the platform with this chicky in the weeks' to come. Watch this space for more updates on our awesome progress xx

A maioria espera conseguir aquele corpo de Verão em 4-5 meses, procura aquele chá milagroso, a dieta detox (que te faz perder água e não gordura by the way), ou aquele suplemento escondido em alguma prateleira que lhes dará um corpo de sonho - infelizmente com muita pena minha... não existe... 😩😫😫 . O que existe é empenho máximo diariamente, existe não arranjar desculpas para faltar aos treinos, existe seguir uma dieta adequada ao teu corpo e aos teus objetivos. Existe dizer não aquele chocolate quando todos dizem sim. . Não existem caminhos fáceis, não existem atalhos. É preciso coragem para dar o primeiro passo, para ir pela primeira vez a um ginásio, para nos comprometermos a seguir uma alimentação saudável 90% do tempo - mas o que posso garantir é que vale a pena! . Instead of doing my usual hour I told myself to focus on a solid 30mins with as little breaks as possible. . Knowing I had a certain time limit that wouldn't overly exhaust me helped to focus my efforts and get in there and get it done. . Don't make exercise/gym something you dread.
