Free weights set (banded squats & abductors, weighted lunges & sumo squats, frogs & deadlifts) 100kg leg press, assisted machines for leg extensions and leg curls and the mighty quad blaster 45kg 😂😂 50 skips in between each set to get the heart rate up ❤ and I never finish up without stretching. . Back home to finish up some work emails, dinner and couch time with hubby & furbaby....under a blanket because it's brrrrrrr cold tonight! 🥶. . 🎉🎉Transformation Tuesday 🎉🎉 on the left ⬅️ I worked out 5 days a week. Lifted heavy. Random cardio. Crash dieting during the week (weekends don’t count). Drinking. Insecure. Searched for love and validation through others. 👎🏾 The picture on the right ➡️ in the gym 6 days a week. Working with the BEST trainer @raeeebabyyy . Eating healthy and portioned meals. Still gets cheat meals. Not a ton of cardio. Working toward a goal and dream. Loves who she is!! 👍🏽 At the end of the day it’s really not about what you look like. It’s not about how much you weigh. Was I pretty and smart and funny in September? YES! 💁🏻‍♀️ Am I those thing today? YES! 💁🏻‍♀️The difference is the way I feel!! I feel good!! I have a few more wrinkles, a few more laugh lines, a bit more of a chicken neck( yeah that's a thing), my boobs aren't as perky, my thighs are big, my hips are out there, my ass is flat, my legs & arms have extra skin but you know what???? I have never been more in love with who I am than i am now. Yes, I'm not perfect but perfect is not attainable and would I be comfortable perfect, NO. My imperfections are what make up me and me is what I love!!!! Don't make a list about what you don't love...make a list of all the things you DO love!!! Begin to live yourself!!! It will open your eyes to your beauty.

Today I worked from home, love having breakfast and
Sun's Out....Guns Out! 🌞. . Today I worked from home, love having breakfast and coffee while checking emails in my PJ'S! 😉. . Upper body workout today, lots of assisted machine work, freeweights and focused on the entire upper body, arms, back and chest. . Because I worked from home, I got to the gym earlier than normal as it's just up the road from my house so when I made it home it was twilight. So took the furbaby for a walk, which turned into 1.5kms of waking and running! . Home to a delicious chilli chicken stirfry....chicken was already done, so took just a few minutes to saute some veg. Such a time saver! Husband gets to benefit from al this meal prep too as he gets delicious lunches instead of his usual tin of tuna and a piece of bread 😜. . What is realistic for you and what can you be happy with? (I’m not talking about
What is realistic for you and what can you be happy with? (I’m not talking about settling.) Last summer, I was shedding fat with a great nutrition program and doing the new 4-day weightlifting/ HIIT program. Also, when I think honestly about what else was going on, all the ups and downs of the infertility protocol were just HARD. I definitely escaped that by throwing myself into the nutrition and exercise programs. I am now 35 weeks pregnant. I am sometimes frustrated by my body being “out of control” — until I realize that it’s not! I wanted to be pregnant! All those prayers, the science, and the money…! While there are things (like running) that I can’t do, there are plenty of ways I CAN get in daily exercise. I am doing another round of that weightlifting program again, but modifying the HIIT and abdominal portions to things I can safely do right now. Nutrition-wise, I have switched over to our newest program because I find that it helps me to get in enough protein and calories for the pregnancy. While I can’t spend whole days meal prepping; I CAN do it in batches, or get less fancy with it to make sure it gets done. When I have the time, I’m also preparing freezer meals here and there for the first month after the baby is here. I know you can make yourself a priority even when you have so many other priorities! Do you need some help figuring out how to do it, and how to hold yourself accountable in a way that suits where you are right now? I’ll be doing another 2-week free trial group so let me know if you are into it!

Gives me an chance to work on upper body and core then my legs are good to go for a HIIT session by the end of the week 😎. . Workout complete! Today I did the workout I did last week with a band that had more resistance. I already see a huge difference! Last week I had to take lots of breaks and it was difficult to complete a few of the workouts whereas today I didn't need any breaks and completed every rep! Small progress is still progress! Then it finally hits. F this! I’m done. Bye, Felicia. 🙋🏼‍♀️ I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. Zero Energy. Sick AF. Overweight. Feeling defeated and depleted even before my day begins. No! I just couldn’t do it anymore. Your hormones and thyroid can do a number on you if you aren’t sure what’s going on. I got tested and found out I had hypothyroidism. I don’t produce enough of the hormone. Take this pill for the rest of your life. Oh did I tell you I received a letter telling me this bullshit? Yup. No call. No follow up appt. A letter. For Reals? I let it go and accepted it. (For a minute). Symptoms remained and I was over it. I researched a ton online and started eating better. I started working out again. I used to lift weights, rollerblade, ride my bike. Why the heck did I ever stop? I was always very active. That was the KEY for me. Moving my body in some way every damn day. Cardio in the beginning? Hells no. (This I will teach more on with an IGTV series so you are aware) baby steps. Strength training, walking and yoga. I lost 35 lbs and I am just getting started. Dude! I got my life back and then some. Mind, Body and Soul. I’m here to serve, educate & help YOU get there and teach you everything I learned. I got you, girl. I feel your pain. I WAS you. ❣️❣️Eating for your blood type is something I have had a fascination with since studying Holistic Nutrition back in 2013. My blood type is B + (kind of cool 2b positive 🙊) It’s recommended I avoid certain foods.. 🌽Corn ( instinctively it never agreed with me Peanuts (I can live without) 🍗Chicken ( bit sad, but instinctively knew always made me feel a bit off) 🍞Wheat products (I definitely knew that.. they make me tired and bloated) 🍅Tomatoes (devastated.. love them) 😁The good part is the foods that are recommended for my blood type ....especially if I want to thrive and maintain a healthy weight are.. 🥦Green vegetables (happy dance) 🥚Eggs (high 5) 🐑Lamb (definitely my fav of meats) ☕️Licourice tea (always loved aniseed flavours ) 💁‍♀️With all the different nutritional information out there...it’s hit and miss. Everyone is unique and you have to figure out what works for you! ✅More than anything this reminds me to use my instincts with the food I’m eating.. 🐿 Just like an animal in a forest; they know instinctively what poisonous berries,plants etc to avoid.
