I mean who wouldn't want to watch the latest episode of Outlander over a treadmill and some weights? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here are the top 5 excuses people make to avoid exercise and how to overcome them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. No time - Change your thoughts about having no time. You only need to exercise 30 minutes per day. You don't even have to do it all at once. Can you squeeze in 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening? Go for a walk on your work breaks instead of chatting in the breakroom. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Just finished week 1 of #Transform20!!! Day 6 was "Balance." We focused more on form and core rather than on speed...well, except for the three one-minute "transformers" when you go all out. That definitely got my heart rate up! I'm looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and will keep icing my knee and IT band as well as strengthening my hips. This program is 💣!!! Shaun T is THE BEST. I just wish I didn't have personal chronic injuries because it's hard to push through, but I did. Somehow.
