Happy 4.5 monthaversary to my amazing trainer @foreverfit_tina . When people ask me if having a trainer is “worth it”.. I have to say this is the best investment in myself I have ever made. I have lost 7 lbs and about 7 percent body fat. These are results I could not get on my own. I also am stronger in all of my lifting and I am just so grateful @bulk2hulk introduced me. We have MAJOR plans for the next 5ish months so stay tuned!!!!

And even as of today, i am not satisfied, i am not conte
One year ago and today. And even as of today, i am not satisfied, i am not contented. I know many of my beloved has noticed my weight loss and advised me to stop losing weight cuz im just nice or too skinny. But no, i am not, and evidently on the slip of paper, i am overweight, and still has alot of fats to lose. In fact, i still have to lose 4kg to reach acceptable weight and on top of that, another whopping 9kg before i reach ideal body weight. I felt that i have neglected this body for way too long and now is the time i make the decision to change my life around and it is changing. Thankful for your concerns, but nothing can stop me from going on. If a weak man like me can do this, you can too. I have GREAT news‼️ I am NOT reactive to cocoa 🍫OR peanuts🥜!! *phew!! You may have seen my post at the beginning of the year where I shared I was doing a Food Sensitivity test. Well, I got the results back last week & some things I wasn’t surprised to find 🤷🏼‍♀️...but others were kinda shocking 😳! I’ve avoided dairy for years!! 🚫🐮 For many reasons!! But the number one reason is because I didn’t want to subject my body to the hormones given to the cows! [My body has a hormone imbalance that requires me to take a medication every night. And added hormones from my diet is SUPER bad!] Sure enough, my body reacts to cow’s milk 🥛 and mozzarella. {But not cheddar!🤔} I’m also reactive to tomatoes 🍅 which doesn’t surprise me since I get acid reflux 🥴 any time I have tomato based foods. [Guess it’s time to TRY to say no to 🍕😭] But here’s where it gets interesting! I’m reactive to chicken 🐔 and potatoes-sweet 🍠 & white 🥔!! And black pepper!! And brewer’s yeast 🍺🍷. The full list of food I need to consider eliminating is totally doable!! But I am still gonna live my life. 💣💥 I honestly can’t imagine not having wine when I’m in California!! 😜 {After Dry January-of course} If you want more info on Food Sensitivity testing, my results, or how you can get your own-simply send me a message! #GymnastAtHeart I OFTEN get asked whether I am a professional gymnast. Well, I am definitely a gymnast at heart! I don’t just practice and teach yoga. Since I was a kid, I have been performing a VARIETY of bodyweight exercises — to build and boost muscular endurance while focusing on increasing flexibility and strength. Bodybuilders, for example, build muscle groups, but athletes/gymnasts train movements. Gymnasts perform movements that require major muscle group in the body to work in synergy. And that’s not an easy task. Exercise is about two things: effort and expending energy. If you want to get the most out of your workout routine and your valuable time, then you need to fuel them both.
