I started on this hardcore fitness journey A) Because I love fitness and B) To help heal myself within, as I was struggling through a real rough patch in my life, and I needed to show myself some TLC and allow some serious healing to take place. If there was one topic you wish was talked about more on social media, what would it be?👇⁣ ⁣ I’m feeling uninspired.⁣ ⁣ Generally, fitness topics are easy for me to talk about, to pour into a long caption and continue discussing for days.⁣ ⁣ But I’m bored with so much of the mainstream in terms of fitness. The topics that have been analyzed to death, deemed acceptable caption material, and overused by trainers, coaches, and influencers alike.⁣ ⁣ I love talking about the stuff that’s not your “typical” fitness content, but unfortunately, it’s not what most people want to see. Lots of subjects outside your generic fitspo motivation make people uncomfortable. They’re fast to hit unfollow (bye 2000 followers from a few weeks ago🤣) and they’re certainly not going to double tap. Instagram then makes sure no one else sees it- and you got lost in a sea of “motivation vs dedication” and “If I can do it, so can you!” posts. ⁣ ⁣ I’ve hovered over my notes screen for a few days trying to put into words how I’m feeling but I think the best I can do here is be honest. I’m literally lost for words. I can’t find it in me to write the generic-but-acceptable-and high engagement- worthy captions anymore. But it’s draining to try and draw attention to the other stuff and feel like I’m constantly screaming into nothingness.⁣ ⁣ I don’t mind being the one to say the stuff no one else really wants to get stuck saying- but I also want to make sure it’s helpful and useful to someone. Durch die trockene Heizungsluft in der Wohnung wird unsere Haut trocken..Deswegen ist es extrem wichtig auch in der kalten Jahreszeit genug zu trinken. Trinken hilft auch gegen die lästigen Erkältungsviren...die werden dann sofort wieder ausgeschwemmt und haben keine Chance... 💧 Gerade jetzt hat man nicht immer soviel Durst und vergisst oft das trinken. Striking the face with leg techniques is a clear symbol of power and strength, but lot of times we find ourselves having the handbrake pulled and it is impossible to complete the tecnique. Run helps me to get my mind free because i just think to not give up and continue to go forward and forward until i don't reach the 🔝🔝🔝 If you want to start running , like i did, don't think " tomorrow i'll start and go for 10km" because it's not like that. I'm using my fears as my motivation to keep going and fighting for reaching my goals. I started doing the things that i was scared of. Your fear is not real, the only place fear can exist is in your thoughts of the future ,is a product of your imagination causing us to fear the things that do not at present, that may not exist.
