HOWEVER, try these babies to burn that core! It’s tough to really target your abs during certain exercises without other muscles taking over, but just realllly FOCUS on using your core for every movement. Der beste Zeitpunkt zum krank werden . So langsam war ich wieder richtig drin im Aufbau. 10 Wochen nach der Erhaltungsphase, konnte ich das Trainingsvolumen massiv steigern. Das hat sich nicht direkt an der Kraft bemerkbar gemacht, aber sehe schon kleinere Verbesserungen an Armen und Schultern. Und das beste daran ist, dass ich kaum Körperfett zugelegt habe . Alles lief bestens uns der 2te Aufbauzyklus war fast abgeschlossen. Ich habe förmlich nach dem Deload (leichte Traingswoche) geschrien und war am Ende etwas zu stark im overreaching (mehr Trainingsvolumen, als man regenerieren kann). Jedenfalls stand genau in dieser Woche ein Impfmarathon an, der meinem Immunsystem zusätzlich zu schaffen gemacht hat. Bereits gegen Mitte der letzen Woche fing das typische Halskratzen an. Auf Verdacht habe ich sofort die nächsten 3 Deloadeinheiten geskipt. Samstag lag ich dann leider komplett flach. Schon völlig frustriert in dem Gedanken jetzt erstmal 1-2 Wochen nicht ins Gym gehen zu können, ging es mir am Sonntag wieder blendend. Ob es nun an der Vitamin C und Zink Überdosis, der vielen Erholung oder der trainingsfreien Zeit lag... ich weiß es nicht. Jedenfalls konnte ich Montag wieder langsam in den neuen Zyklus starten. Wichtig ist nach so einer, wenn auch kurzen Krankheit, nicht zu hart einsteigen. Lieber noch 2-3 Wiederholungen vor den Muskelversagen aufhören, als dann alles rauszuholen und nach ein paar Tagen wieder krank zu werden. Denn Training ist auch eine Art Stress für den Körper. Und Stress, sei es auch Trainingsstress, fordert das Immunsystem! . Zusammenfassend habe ich den Deload einfach durch eine trainingsfreie Woche ersetzt. Natürlich ist der Einstieg jetzt etwas schwerer, aber das ist allemal besser als richtig krank zu sein und garnicht trainieren zu können. Im schlimmsten Fall kannst du durch eine Grippe gut und gerne mal um 3-4 Wochen in deinem Erfolg zurückgeworfen werden. Here is a huge part of hitting your goals. Not only weight loss or health wise, but in general. If you are not doing anything in your life for the right reasons, it will not last nor be successful. Is the purpose to wear a bikini for your cruise? How about to impress someone? Or is it a revenge body situation post breakup? Are you genuinely trying to be more healthy? These are questions I ask because if you are doing things for the wrong reasons or for a “quick fix”, this isn’t going to be the page for you. I’m going to be BRUTALLY honest as well as lay out some facts. First fact regarding this question, quick fixes such as diet teas, waist cinchers, the tier market protein companies (one of my BIGGEST pet peeves), and my favorite, creams 🙄are NOT EVER going to give you results never mind lasting ones. You may get a five pound drop but I promise you that you’re doing more harm than good. If your purpose is to genuinely get yourself to a place you’ve always wanted to be fit wise..... it’s going to take time, patience, and some damn work. Science does not lie, but these scammers do. Everyone seems to be looking for a “top secret”, “Hollywood”, “super soldier” training program that will take their fitness to the next level and deliver to them the body of their dreams. Do you think I look like this or have built this level of fitness by simply showing up to the gym a few times a week? Hell no. If you truly want to achieve your goals you need to be disciplined in all areas of your life. That means a hell of a lot more than just lifting a few weights every now and then. You need to sleep 8-9 hours a night in a completely blocked out environment, eat enough calories to fuel the work, rid yourself of stress and toxic people, and engage in recovery practices. I do all of that and more. Nowadays I’m also in the sauna between 5 & 10 times a week for 30 minutes chased with ice baths/cold showers and laying in @ntrecovery boots every damn day. Everyone wants the result but no one is willing to do the work 24-7, 365 to make it happen. If you aren’t where you want to be examine your behavior. Rather than put down others, accuse them of cheating, or fabricating some medical reason to account for your lack of success how about you just try harder. Pretty fucking simple... #everydamnday

A little #WayBackWednesday 💫 This is me about 9-10 years ago at 145-150 - at age 29-30. * * Can you believe I was unhappy with my body in these pictures?! 😳 I thought I was too fat and if I could only get to 130 pounds maybe then I would be happy with my body. 😬 * * I have always struggled with my weight my whole life and had to watch everything I ate... My highest weight was about 260 after having my oldest son at 21 years old. I started walking with (my then baby) everyday and the weight started to come off but still struggled for years to get to my lowest weight of 145. Although I know now that it’s really not a number that can determine your happiness... I definitely can’t wait to have my body back! ❤️ Be kind to yourself and remember everyday is a new start to the best days of your life... if you choose! Choose to love yourself now just the way you are and during your journey. * * Let’s Get Results and Support Each Other! ❤️ * * Some of my goals for the New Year is to be consistent with my weight training, do cardio everyday and drink more water. Andra dagen med dålig sömn(vaknar av typ panik/stress i sömnen) så blir att ta några vilodagar och sedan bryta TräningsBlocket och gå på Deload 👌 ▪️ Av sämre erfarenheter så har jag inte alltid tagit deload då detta hänt och pushat igenom istället som ledde till att jag senare blev väldigt utmattad och tappar motivation och driv runt 3 månaders längd! ▪️ Vill inte att det ska hända igen så dags att se till att lära sig från Misstagen!

Have increased my carb-intake at night (read granola...),and tried do hold back on my over consumption of fat at night to see if I feel any different- and YES🤘🏻 . 🧀Less fat and more carbs at night makes my stomach less BLOATED in the morning 🧀More carbs at night make me sleep better 🏋🏼‍♀️ I work out 06.00 as before, but I feel STRONGER, I have more power and have more energy! ... I still believe in GOOD carbs and avoid pasta, bread, rice and energy dense carbs and I keep my lunch and dinner low carb (like todays fried cabbage plate👆🏻), but night snack is my time to load up with energy for morning workout🤩👅🏋🏼‍♀️ What’s your take on carbs? Have you gone from low carb to more carbs?

Da ich ja jetzt nun seit einiger
Fazit des neuen Trainingsplans ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Da ich ja jetzt nun seit einiger Zeit einen Mix aus Ok/Uk und 3er Split mache, wollte ich mal ein kleine Zwischenbilanz ziehen. Die, die meine Texte ab und zu lesen, dürften mitbekommen haben, dass ich aus Zeitgründen mein Pensum ein Training pro Woche reduziert habe. Es sind aber immernoch 5 Trainingseinheiten. Dementsprechend musste ich mir etwas einfallen lassen. Nur auf Ok/Uk hattr ich keine Lust, auch wenn ich weiß, dass es gut funktioniert. Und für einen 3er Split 2 mal die Wochr reicht die Zeit nicht. Deswegen habe ich das ganze gemixt. Dienstags und Mittwochs Ok/Uk und am wochenende den 3er Antagonistensplit. Meine Form kann ich selbst nicht beurteilen, da man selbst nicht ganz obj. Ist. Allerdings haben sich meinr Kraftwerte deutlich verbessert.
