Den (halv) nakna sanningen med 9,5 veckor kvar för benen som släppte sist senast 🙈 Men att posera precis när man man vaknat är kanske inte de smartaste av några anledningar, Det faktum att du är just yrvaken. Du är platt och dina muskler knappt vaknat till liv och Du inser efteråt att du halva du är sne på hälften av bilderna (och vinkla ut mitt ena ben som är lite mindre 🧐) men jag älskar denna diet, jag har så mkt energi och äter mycket. Slitit, kört tungt och mkt ben sen i våras. Stress/ Anxiety can have such big effects on your health and well-being. . . I know exactly that from my ongoing experiences. From the age of 11 I have struggled on and off with mental health problems. To the point where I stopped everything I enjoyed doing and stayed in my house for over a month. . . That’s a photo of me when I was 15, I look happy in the photo but before I managed to go on that day out I had a panic attack and I didn’t want to leave the house. Don’t judge people by how they look on the outside.. . . Life can be really shit sometimes. However identifying your problems, acknowledging that it’s okay not to feel alright and letting people around you know is the key to being back on track. The true people around you will be there to support you. My family have been my absolute rock and I wouldn’t be here without them. . . Over the years I have learned many strategies to help my stress, depression and anxiety and it all comes down to trail and error. I personally found the gym was a place I could separate what’s going on in my life to stepping into the now and zoning out. Also being around my dogs helped me relax. I’ve also made a bucket list for challenges I have set myself! ☺️ . . Take things step by step, it will take time but every accomplishment is such a overwhelming feeling. I still remember the day when after weeks of trying and failing to leave the house one night me and my dad finally made it to Vicky dock a 10 minute drive away. . . All I can say is if you are ever in a shitty time in your life, or at the lowest of the low things can and will get better. . . Since suffering it has given me such a great attitude in life. I make sure every good day I have I make the most of it, as none of us know what is around the corner. I make the most of simple things like dog walks in the quietest of places to exploring the world. Anything you set your mind to can be achieved if your hearts in the right place... . . Dont be afraid to talk or message me about mental health people are here to help. There’s plenty of support available out there, don’t ever be ashamed of mental health #mentalhealth#depression#anxiety

I was going to completely take the day off buuuuut that never seems to work lol.
I was going to completely take the day off buuuuut that never seems to work lol. If I don’t do some kind of workout I feel this constant itch like I’m not fulfilled for the day. A lot of times when I have a free day, with little to do, I find myself working out multiple times (I’ve gone to the gym 3 times on many occasions 🙈). But it’s because I enjoy the feeling! We all have that one thing that completely relaxes our mind and for me it’s working out 🏋🏼‍♀️. I like feeling strong, I like pushing myself, and I like the relaxation I feel while at the gym. . . Today I didn’t do a full workout but I wanted to see how I felt benching heavier with a free bar (I don’t like to go too heavy on the smith machine since it doesn’t allow for natural motion). And I have to say It felt great!
