The Hip Thrust is a glute exercise designed to improve your strength, speed & power by teaching optimal hip extension. The glutes are designed to extend the hip or pull the leg behind the body. If your glutes are underdeveloped, your speed, power and strength are all compromised. That means you'll have weaker Squats & Deadlifts as well as slower 40-Yard Dash times and lower vertical jumps than you could have otherwise. The biggest problem I have seen with the Hip Thrust is using weight that is too light. Your glutes are strong; you need to lift heavy. 💭Είναι εκείνες οι στιγμές που τελειώνει η προπόνηση και περνάνε όλες οι σκέψεις από το μυαλό σου.💭 Αφού πάρεις τις απαραίτητες ανάσες η σκέψη που υπερτερεί είναι "Γιατί το κάνω αυτό στον εαυτό μου;" Το κάνω για το σώμα του καλοκαιριού; Μπα εδώ και χρόνια δε με απασχολεί το πως με βλέπει ο κόσμος. Το κάνω για να μπορώ να τρώω ότι θέλω; Μάλλον το αντίθετο συμβαίνει. Μήπως γιατί θέλω να γίνω αθλητής και να γίνω ο καλύτερος; Τόσα χρόνια ήμουν αθλητής δεν είναι κάτι που θα με βοηθήσει αυτόν τον καιρό. Και εσύ που διαβάζεις ακόμα αυτό το κατεβατό θα πεις... Τότε γιατί το κάνεις ρε Νίκο; - Φίλε μου το κάνω γιατί περνάω καλά, μπορεί να υποφέρω αλλά στο τέλος νιώθω τέλεια. Καταφέρνω πράγματα που δε πίστευα ότι θα τα καταφέρω ποτέ, γνωρίζω ανθρώπους με το ίδιο πάθος και την ίδια ενέργεια!
