I did each of these exercises 15 times and then I went straight into the next exercise. I only took about a 2 min break in between each circuit. I did 4 rounds. 1 chest/ 1 arm/ 2 stomach/ 2 booty/ and 2 leg. If you live pretty much anywhere in the US right now (especially Boston 🙃🙃) you’re probably spending most of your day cursing the ever so lovely Arctic tundra that has decided to bless our lives. But this is important: DO. NOT. USE. THIS. AS. AN. EXCUSE. Weather is simply just another one of life’s hurdles we need to get over. For those of you that don’t want to drive to the gym or do not have a gym membership and rely on the outdoors for your primary source of physical activity, don’t fear! Here are a few easy at-home circuits you can do with minimal equipment. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 1. Using dumbbells (and optional resistance band)⁣⁣⁣ ▪️ Side plank with reverse flye ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ▪️Renegade Rows ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ▪️ Squat side steps with dumbbell punches⁣⁣⁣⁣ ▪️ Prone dumbbell flyes with push up⁣⁣⁣⁣ ▪️ Hollow Hold with dumbbell punches ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 2. Do your research, find what goes well with your lifestyle, make better choices and slay like a queen 👸🏻 Killer leg seshhhh 1️⃣ Sumo deadlifts ( hinge from your hips and push through heels on your way up Squuezing your glutes ) 2️⃣ Goblet Squat ( stepping out while squatting down and repeat, the deeper the better ) 3️⃣ Goblet curtsy Lunges ( keep your torso upright and pulse on the way back ) 4️⃣ Single Arm pulsing squats ( keep your feet angled at 45 degrees and push your knees outward in the direction of your feet, don not cave your knees in ) 5️⃣ Weighted plate single arm swing ( use a kettlebell or dumbbell instead, be extra careful as to not let the weights slip 😉)
