Suuper anxious to post this, but hard work pays off 👊🏼❤️ First photo is from tonights workout, and second from september 2017 ( Sorry for awful quality) 🙈😅 The visible difference is really nothing compared to the mental difference! 🙈💕 I am healthier than ever both physically and mentally. My mindset and just spirit in general is much stronger than before! And! On top of that my headaches have been at a minimum, and I would say at its best since i was like 10 😍🙌🏼 I am so happy and thankfull to have come this far, and I’m super excited to learn and grow further! 😍 I am BLESSED ❤️

As you can see from my stories, I've been treating the deck for the last few day
As you can see from my stories, I've been treating the deck for the last few days 💪🏼😝So I'd like to pick up my JNK discussion from my last post. I'll start by again saying that I have seen an overwhelming push by many individuals to ditch 'lengthened,' controlled eccentric actions altogether, due to the fact that they fear being held back by the associated soreness that usually accompanies muscle damage. I have read many, many instances in which eccentric actions have lead to hypertrophic pathways- via damage induced calcium influxs (a damaged membrane or SR, damage to the mitochondria releasing ROS that can wreak further havoc on other lipid membranes, etc), hyperemia, and others not mentioned here. JNK has also been noted to be particularly 'affected' by eccentric action. Let's take a look at a few quotes from my notes- "Out of all the MAPK modules, JNK seems to be the most responsive to mechanical tension and muscle damage, and is particularly sensitive to eccentric exercise.." "JNK- eccentric action generated the greatest effect; passive stretch the least." "More intense exercise, particularly where muscle damage occurs, appears to simulate JNK. JNK phosphorylation seems to increase linearly with increase in mechanical load." Some interesting things to think about for both those who 1) are deciding to pursue hypertrophy via lifting light weights to failure (30% at least), and those who have chosen to eliminate any controlled eccentric 'elongation' in their training due to fear of being too sore (which I agree- but I think a happy medium can be found). First due to the fact that accruing muscle damage requires mechanical loading, and second being that muscle damage has shown many instances of hypertrophic signaling. Esta semana me tocó hablar sobre este tema con algunas de mis asesoradas y sé que nos pasa a muchos, así que aquí les comparto mi opinión/experiencia: - Es normal frustrarnos. Es normal mirarnos al espejo y decir "estoy haciendo todo bien, estoy siguiendo mis macronutrientes, mis sesiones de cardio, mis entrenamientos... ¿por qué no veo cambios?" Primero, sincérate contigo mismo, ¿de verdad estás dando tu 110%? Muchas veces las personas pretenden ver cambios pero están haciendo las cosas a la mitad. Si estás dando todo de ti, la respuesta es fácil y corta: cambiar nuestro cuerpo toma tiempo. - Ver cambios no es algo que ocurre en unos días o en unas semanas. No te estreses ni tires la toalla si no ves cambios el primer mes y mucho menos te compares con personas que llevan años haciendo esto. - Yo también tengo mis días. Es fácil frustrarnos y perder el foco, sobretodo cuando tenemos muchas cosas alrededor de nosotros que nos distraen y nos pueden alejar cada vez más de cumplir nuestras metas. No pierdas de vista tus objetivos, refuérzalos de manera constante. Eso sí, sin obsesiones, es muy importante DISFRUTAR el camino. - No te enfoques sólo en el resultado final, préstale la misma atención a el proceso y CONFÍA en ti y en la persona que te está asesorando (si aplica). No te olvides de darte crédito cuando debes. Siéntete orgulloso de los pequeños logros y sé consciente de que el progreso que estás viendo se debe a ti💥

Day 4️⃣ of my 🔟 day gut right @atpscience protocol and so far so good. Bloating has definitely reduced and I'm not getting stomach pain from the bloating I occasionally get. I'm finding it extremely hard to not eat complex carbs also but fortunately I'm not allowed to train so I'm not needing as much energy as I usually require. If you've read the reviews you will know this product makes you gassy and makes you run to the toilet. To be honest the only thing I'm noticing is the horrible 💨's (farts) lol 🙊.
