Things are starting to feel hard but I don’t look like they should be hard yet, which is hard 😂 Current weight avg. ✖️ 65.7kg Waist ✖️ 73.5cm Training ✖️ Resistance Training 5x a week, cardio every day for half an hour - the weights has been fine, the cardio is a bit of a drag and the last thing I feel like doing but so far, so good 👌 Nutrition ✖️ hard, but the hardest it’ll probably get and I’m managing okay. Is the nerve issue from the (CNS) 🧠 or outside of it (PNS) or both 👀 . A nerve getting “pinched” is useful language to describe when a nerve stops functioning properly. When nerves are irritated by either chemical or physical stress, the signals that they send to and from the brain can be interfered with. . ✋if it is a sensation nerve, numbness and poor proprioception (balance & coordination) will results. 💪if it is a motor/muscle nerve, weakness and poor movement patterns will result. . If a central nervous system nerve root is irritated it generally affects a lot of skin, muscle and other tissues - it is less likely to be just a sensation nerve. . With the peripheral nervous system outside of the spine with its smaller nerve branches, smaller nerves with less function and responsibility can be involved and are usually less impactual (usually). . Now to figure out what is causing the symptoms, a great examination is required because where the nerve is “pinched” will determine the set of signs and symptoms that are present. . Let’s say that your middle finger and your middle finger alone goes numb and your neck hurts, there is a good chance it is a C7 radiculopathy. The problem in this case is with the CNS & spine, unfortunately symptomatolgoy is rarely this clear and it takes some investigation work. . The spine is an extremely important part of the body and must always be checked to rule in and out where pain or nerve symptoms are stemming from. . Ein toller Athlet und Mensch, der den Natural Lifestyle in vollen Zügen lebt und auch in seiner Funktion als Bundesland-Repräsentant von Sachsen-Anhalt weitergibt, um unseren tollen Sport voranzubringen. Bereits vor unserem ersten Treffen standen wir über die letzten Monate in Kontakt, konnten seine Ernährung optimieren und wie von ihm gewünscht, sein Ausgangsgewicht mit einer höheren Kalorienzahl als 2017 erreichen. Wie die nächsten Wochen verlaufen hängt auch stark von den schwierigen Rahmenbedingungen seines Jobs ab, welche vieles nicht einfacher machen. Dennoch werden wir alles daran setzen, konstante Fortschritte zu erzielen um mit viel Spaß und Motivation, seine persönliche Bestform zu erreichen! Das er für die Fahrt nach Stuttgart zum Formcheck, der 13-Punkt Hautfaltenmessung und dem anschließenden gemeinsame Training im eine Strecke von 1200 km und weitere Umstände auf sich genommen hat, spricht Bände. Hut ab und Respekt dafür. Sport verbindet - Ein Team, ein Ziel!

Многие новички прийдя в Ğ·Ğ°Ğ» Ğ´ĞµĞ»Ğ°ÑŽÑ‚ акцент именно на эту мышцу,считая, что она должна тренироваться чуть ли не ĞºĞ°Ğ¶Ğ´ÑƒÑŽ тренировку и от этого зависит её прогресс. Но это не так. И так,бицепс имеет две головки,Ğ´Ğ»Ğ¸Ğ½Ğ½ÑƒÑŽ-которая расположена ближе к наружной части руки,и ĞºĞ¾Ñ€Ğ¾Ñ‚ĞºÑƒÑŽ-находится ближе к внутренней части руки. Основная задача бицепса-сгибание руки в локтевом суставе,поэтому биомеханика всех упражнений практически одинакова. Также не следует забывать,что бицепс меньше по объёму,чем трицепс,Ğ° значит объём «базук» зависит больше от трёхглавой мышцы плеча. Если вы новичок и ваша задача максимально развить свои бицепсы,нужно начинать с трехнедельного сплита и стоит помнить,что это маленькая группа мышц и тренировать её нужно 1-2 раза в неделю. Больше я не вижу смысла тренировать,ведь она не будет восстанавливаться,Ğ° значит и расти она тоже не будет. Также я ÑÑ‡Ğ¸Ñ‚Ğ°ÑŽ,что бицепс лучше совмещать в сплите с антагонистом-мышцами груди. После груди бицепс будет достаточно разогрет и его можно будет полноценно прокачать. Не люблю и не вижу смысла тренировать бицепс со спиной,ведь во всех тяговых движениях бицепсы Ğ²Ñ‹ÑÑ‚ÑƒĞ¿Ğ°ÑŽÑ‚ синергистами,Ğ° значит они достаточно устанут во время тренировки спины и уже хорошо прокачать наши «пушки» не получится. Ğ’ тренировку бицепса нужно Ğ²ĞºĞ»ÑŽÑ‡Ğ°Ñ‚ÑŒ как упражнения со свободным весом (с гантелями или штангой),так и упражнения в тренажерах для максимального стресса ваших мышц. I usually spend my Sunday’s running errands, doing laundry, household stuff, etc. Recently I started adding meal prep for the week to my Sunday agenda and wow I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS. I have my lunch made for everyday of the week- this saves time, money, stress, and is also so much healthier because I’m less likely to go out to eat. Highly recommend getting into meal prepping for your week, even if you’re not into the health and fitness component of it, it’s just a simple lifestyle change that makes living easier.

Physique update (or whatever you wanna call it)💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 . . This is the first time I’ve ever done a physique update and quite honestly I was scared to in the past. I wanted to come on here and say that I’ve been feeling so healthy and powerful because of the state that my body is in. I have definitely had a lower body fat percentage in the past, but lately I’ve been focusing more on growing and feeling strong and that’s definitely been paying off! Right now I feel SO HEALTHY and good. I’m at a muscle and body fat level that has been incredible for both my mental and physical performance. Yes I could lose some body fat and yes I could gain more muscle but trying to remember that, yes, I want my body to look good so that I am confident in my skin, but it’s more important that I FEEL good.

Carnivore meal! 4 fried eggs, and some bone broth to support gut health! - I’m going to give this keto carnivore thing a try, won’t be doing it strictly. Maybe a few days out of the week. I think it’s good to have a day with no carbs and a day with some carbs on a ketogenic diet. I can’t tell myself I’ll never have vegetables again. - I had my follow up appointment with my nutritionist to see how many grams of carbs and grams of protein I can handle with staying in ketosis. I was shocked with the results. After hearing tons of people tell me high protein is bad on keto, I came to find out : 170 grams of protein and 10 grams of carbs. So this is why I decided to do keto carnivore. - I think everyone doing keto should go to a nutritionist that specializes with insulin resistance to see how many macros they can handle! People restrict themselves from lots of protein on this diet but maybe they can handle a good amount. peep my lil abiess comin in🤩🤩 today's workout was so much more intense than my normal abs workout and as much as i hated it i loved it. i was sweating so much &&& i couldn't feel my abs during like half my workout. ab days are definitely my least favorite but i still try & push through them all because i like the results from them. also my back was super sore all day and during my workout😅 and anyone who has both this shirt and leggings i'd deff recommend wearing it together because its so cute!!

To everyone that has ever stepped foot into my life➡️THANK YOU . . Thank you for stepping into my life- whether you have stepped out or are here to stay. I’ve been trying to understand that everyone that has come into my life at one point or another was/is there to teach me something. I believe that everything does happen for a reason and every human you interact with can teach you something valuable about yourself or the world around you. Most of the time it isn’t clear what the lesson is- but I’ve been trying to take the time to dig deeper and really process why someone was placed into my world, even if it’s as simple as the driver that cut me off on my bike this morning. Instead of getting angry at the driver, how can I use this situation to understand something deeper. Maybe he was late to work or an appointment, or maybe he was rushing to the ER. I will never know, but that situation lead me to understand that I shouldn’t get angry at people for doing certain unwanted behaviors, instead i need to try to understand their perspective (which is a whole different topic in itself…). . . This approach to thinking of the people that come into my life (no matter how close they are to me) has been teaching me to let go of grudges or anger or any hatred. After all, the thoughts of negativity we have only harm ourselves, no matter how big or small. #wellnesswednesday

3 (of the many) reasons I LOVE Monday’s : 1. A fresh start. 2. The beginning of endless opportunities and growth 3. The start of an entire week of living for your passion and purpose . . Once I started looking at Monday’s as the beginning of opportunity and not the ending of weekend “freedom” ...I found that there was no difference in my happiness during the weekdays than the weekend.🙆🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️ . . But that’s how life SHOULD be. Working and going to school and being productive in life doesn’t have to be boring. You don’t have to live your workweek to get to the weekend. Think of it this way: you’re going to spend most of your life hating what you’re doing and just anticipating the weekend, that leaves for barely any time to actually enjoy yourself. My thoughts on that: change your mindset or change what your doing!! It’s harder said than done but much more satisfying than “hating Monday’s” and “living for the weekends”
