E did great at physio today though I was worried as it was a tough day at school apperently. She really worked her core by walking out to plank position and then reaching up with one hand for a "letter" she had to mail. She did this several times on each side and by the end she mailed letters to everyone she knew it seemed. She also worked on her dorsiflexion, treadmill walking and then followed with her last OT session for a while where she continued to work on her writing and cutting. Cheguei a esse ponto da minha vida devido a muitos fatores: mรก alimentaรงรฃo, rotina de universitรกria, noitadas, รกlcool, mรกs relaรงรตes e companhias, pessoas tรณxicas que nรฃo acrescentam nada ร  tua vida... Mas toda a gente tem momentos de reviravolta e a entrada de uma pessoa na minha vida veio mudar tudo. Partiu de mim tudo a forรงa de vontade e empenho mas essa pessoa chateou-me muiiitoooo para que eu muda-se por mim e pela minha saude. Fique aqui esclarecido, e para quem me conhece sabe, nรฃo era por ser mais gorda ou forte ou oque lhe quiserem chamar que eu nรฃo me arranjava ou tinha baixa auto-estima. O meu ego nessa altura era bem mais alto que agora nรฃo se iludam... Este processo todo nรฃo envolveu nenhuma dieta milagrosa ou suplementos, apenas levou empenho, dedicaรงรฃo, boa alimentaรงรฃo e exercรญcio (corpo e mente)... Nรฃo foi fรกcil, nada รฉ fรกcil na vida e para quem nรฃo tem muitos recursos pensar em dietas pensa logo em gastar fortunas. Nรฃo รฉ verdade e eu sou prova disso, eu sรณ gasto uma "renda" em ginรกsio por opรงรฃo a gasta-lo em coisas desnecessรกrias e, para quem diz que nรฃo pode fica a saber que durante meio ano perdi 15 kg sรณ com caminhadas e exercรญcio feito em casa.
