This was my first time competing in NASA Powerlifting and pulling sumo on competition. . I pulled a small PR in deadlift that felt like a milestone because of the crowd support (something I had never experienced before) and my birthday was the next day 🎂 . Because My ego can’t take not living up to even the most absurd requirements. It’s becoming a problem in my adult life The half body weight incline bench press is intense. There’s much more emphasis on maintaining your stability, and sheer strength to get that weight back up. I’d recommend trying this every month or so, as you progress and gain weight, make sure your strength is keeping up with you. According to Gandalf the Large this is the way to do it. Try it out. Let’s talk about curl volume..... . . . As you know I’ve been following the #curlygirlmethod for a while now. When I first started my curls were struggling and lifeless. Now we got some volume. Truth is it isn’t a diffuser (that just adds frizz in my opinion), it’s just patience. Giving my curls the love they need has helped them blossom. Also after your hair is completely dry use your hands with a dab of oil or whatever you have to fluff those bad boys! That’s the real secret!
