It’s funny to me that people say they don’t have time to meal prep. I think it’s just not knowing how to make the process efficient or being lazy....or both. I’m honestly pretty lazy when it comes to meal prep and it’s not something I enjoy doing, but it’s a priority so I do it. Here’s my personal insight on how I meal prep. 1️⃣I want as many things going at the same time so that I maximize my efficiency. What that looks like for me is pre-heat the oven for my chicken, throw rice in the rice cooker, start boiling water for pasta, throw beef in a pan. So I can work on a few things at once. 2️⃣ I cook for 6 days in the off season. I know I’m going to have at least 1-3 cheat meals because food is pretty high and I want some flexibility if my wife or a friend wants to grab a healthy bite out. 3️⃣I prefer to use dry rubs on chicken to give it a flavor base and depending on my macros I can add additional flavor that has or doesn’t have additional cals. 4️⃣ I make sure it’s all stuff I enjoy and digests well. If I don’t like it I’m not going to eat it especially when I’m pushing food. 5️⃣ It makes running some flexible meals when I want them easy. I know what my stats are for each meal and if I want to do a little nutritional 80/20 or 90/10 I can do that. Hope that’s helpful! #mealprep#fitlife#instafit#nutrition#bodybuilding

You must stay tight throughout the movement to maximize your power output...take a deep breath in, push it up against your belt, creating a rigid torso, break at the hips, imagining that something is pulling your 🍑 downward and out...once you hit at least parallel, come back up, by envisioning you’re pushing the floor away from you & that something is again, pushing your 🍑 upward and inward, all whilst simultaneously holding the breath of air. As you’re on your way up, release the air and gulp for another small one. Downward Dog ⭕️How to: Start in plank position with shoulders directly over wrists (a). Push your hips up toward the ceiling so you form a triangle with your body. Keep your head between your arms and straighten your legs as much as possible (b). Reach your heels toward the ground and spread your fingers, so your bodyweight gets distributed evenly through the hands and feet. - 2️⃣. Crescent Pose ⭕️How to: Stand with your feet staggered: one in front and one behind you (a). Bend your front knee to create a 90-degree angle. Keep your back leg straight behind you (b). Lift your arms up in the air by your ears, palms facing inward. Lift your chest up, slightly arching your back as you press your back hip forward (c). If possible, lower your lunge as you exhale. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch sides. - 3️⃣. Figure 4 ⭕️How to: Sit on a mat with your legs extended in front of you (a). Place your hands behind you, fingertips facing away from your body. Lift one leg, placing your ankle on your opposite leg, just above the knee. (Keep your feet flexed to protect your knees.) (b). Slowly bend your bottom leg toward you, until you feel a stretch in the outer hip of the other leg (c). Straighten your back, roll your shoulders down and push out your chest. Il senso di queste foto è mostrare che si sbagliano di grosso quelli che pensano "non mi inizio neanché ad allenare perchè tanto se poi mi fermo perdo tutto il progresso fisico acquisito". Invece eccomi dopo 20 giorni senza allenamenti ed un periodo aggravato da stravizi natalizi, pasti da vite al limite, pandori farciti pernigotti, alcool, stress da patriarca(😂) scarso riposo e l'immancabile virus che gira.. Il tutto ha però intaccato poco il mio corpo natural modellato con criterio che perfeziono di anno in anno. Tonicità meno evidente, ma tutto sommato condizione intatta. Lo scorso anno mi fermai per 4 mesi e non persi nulla. The Kneeling Single-Arm Landmine Overhead Press is an awesome movement that most people can perform safely and pain-free, even if they've had injuries in the past. The arc of the barbell allows you to press up and slightly forward rather than pushing directly over your head. Place a barbell in a landmine device. If you lack access to a landmine device, place the barbell in the corner of a squat rack and secure it with a heavy dumbbell to prevent it from sliding around. Get into a half-kneeling stance in front of the barbell. Hold the barbell at shoulder height in the hand nearest your back leg. Press up at about 45 degrees.
