I cannot tell you how tempting it was to just stay there for a bit and skip some reps 😂😂 . Last day of #hellweek tomorrow. For anybody considering it I would suggest: 1) Do all of the individual workouts at some point first, so you know what to expect! 2) Have a rest day before you start 🙈 . QUANTO CONTA IL POSTO DOVE CI SI ALLENA? Palestra ipertecnologica o spiaggia? Diciamoci la verità: non conta. Certo, fa piacere allenarsi in un posto figo, comodo, con una doccia calda... ma da 0 a 100, quanto influisce sul nostro rendimento? Forse 1, forse 2... se influisce di più, allora siete solo dei fighettini posatori e malati di selfie! Le palestre belle hanno un senso, e hanno un costo. Giusto. Allenarsi in casa, nelle cantine, sui terrazzi, per strada, nei parchi, costa quasi zero. Pertanto io la metto solo su una questione di prezzo. Un buon coach è in grado di allenare ovunque: gli esercizi fondamentali si possono fare sempre anche a corpo libero, o usando (come nella foto) soluzioni poco ortodosse, come dei palloni da calcio. A proposito: push-up su palloni da calcio. Potete usare anche delle kettlebell volendo, o palle mediche... ma il pallone da calcio, complice la sua leggerezza, lo rende ancora più difficile. Detto ciò, vi lascio con una scheda semplice da farsi con l'ausilio di soli 2 attrezzi: una sbarra per trazioni e 2 pesi (kettlebell, dischi di ghisa, manubri... fate voi!). I palloni potete rubarli al bambino del vicino per 10 minuti... RISCALDAMENTO - 3' corda - 3' mobilità spalla - 4' scaletta TRAZIONI - 3 x 8 mezze trazioni prone (fase iniziale) - 3 x 8 mezze trazioni supine (fase finale) - 3 x "sfinimento" trazioni prone esplosive - 3 x 1 trazioni supine completa zavorrata ADDOMINALI (3 serie con 1' di pausa) - 30' sit - 30' bicicletta - 30 rep. russion twist - 30' barchetta ...e in chiusura, un bel richiamo total body: facciamo 3 round con 1' di pausa... - 10 push-up SU PALLONI - 10 military con pesi (vanno bene 2 kettlebell, peso gestito da voi) - 10 dip - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Vuoi perdere peso? Puuuuh. Mein 1. Vorher/Nachher Bild auf Instagram. Komisches Gefühl sich tatsächlich so „nackig“ zu machen. Wobei das untere nur ein Zwischenstand ist. Wie im letzten Post angekündigt, werde ich meine persönliche 12-Wochen-Challenge erneut starten; und zwar morgen. Auf der Waage sind es - 8,1 kg, was für mich nach wenig klingt für die lange Zeit; aber, anhand der Messung des Umfangs und auch die Bilder zeigen mir das sich extrem viel getan hat. Ich stehe kurz vor meinem persönlichen Ziel. Und wenn ich da angekommen bin, werde ich mir ein neues Ziel setzen. Tienes que aprender a descansar sin dejar de entrenar, porque sino de esta manera tirarás por la borda el trabajo de 10 meses de entrenamiento por no saber adaptar tu entrenamiento a las necesidades. Es un consejo, esta claro que cada un decide, pero luego en Septiembre tendrás que empezar de cero, si lo haces bien te mantendrás en forma y en Septiembre irás un escalón por encima de quien pare estos 2 meses. När inspirationen och motivationen tryter då vill jag köra ett pass som aktiverar hela kroppen på ett effektivt och okomplicerat sätt och som ger både styrka och flås 💦 Lösningen blir då👉🏻BURPEES😁 . Jag brukar köra totalt 100 st. Jag delar upp dem på 10 set 👉🏻 alltså jag kör 10 och vilar sen 40 sek innan jag kör 10 igen osv... . Hur du väljer att köra är upp till dig- kanske behöver du längre/ kortare vila, kanske behöver du göra fler/ mindre antal per set, kanske orkar du bara göra två åt gången- det fina är att det inte spelar någon roll!🙏🏻 Se till att samla ihop dina 100 st sen hur vägen dit ser ut är totalt oviktig- JUST DO IT‼️ . Jag LOVAR att nästa gång du gör dina 100 så kommer det gå betydligt lättare och snabbare- man får snabbt förbättrade resultat🤩 . Arm day (and some fancy editing mind you) is in session 💪🏼 . . . @stormzy on the headphones 🎧 a hot home gym and the rain outside beating on the roof was exactly what I needed today. Music especially can make or break my workouts. . The weight and/or reps went up and messing around with the camera makes sure I get sufficient rest between them. I’ve never really focussed on rest but I’m gradually seeing the benefits, especially with a reasonable nights sleep. . Great start to the day, ready for a coffee ☕️ for my time at the office. Außerdem muss man sich danach Videos mit Motovationstipps für sein Training ansehen, um künftig bloß gar keine Einheit mehr zu verpassen! Die Trainingstasche hat immer gepackt im Auto zu sein!!!11ELF . b) Man verbringt einen schönen Tag, regeneriert sich gut und freut sich auf die kommenden Einheiten. Man macht sich bewusst, dass es auf die Gesamtheit der Trainingseinheiten ankommt und nicht auf einen einzelnen Tag. Selbstkritik und Vorwürfe sind bei so einer Kleinigkeit fehl am Platz. . . Don't know if it's because it's still light outside quite late in the evenings or just my insomnia playing up but morning workouts have been a struggle. Neither went as well as I wanted them to, but I'm putting dumbbell down to already doing a load of life and I'm putting log down to spending so much time working on dumbbell technique and not training enough log. Gym in the evening starting with a mile run going into the @fmrowing 10x600m/24spm challenge. This one actually felt pretty good. Would’ve loved to stay sub 2:20 but it’s all good.
