Сейчас предпочтение отдаю больше функциональным тренировкам, силовые делаю не с таким удовольствием, но тоже делаю 🙈 ⠀ Кардио.. я уже говорила про своё отношение к кардио сессиям)) но, как говорится, стерпится - слюбится 😂 ⠀ Вот вам моя супер маленькая функциональная тренировка, первая после приличного перерыва: ⠀ 🏋🏼‍♀️приседание с жимом гантелей (4кг) над головой 25 раз 🏋🏼‍♀️румынская тяга (20кг) 15 раз 🏋🏼‍♀️лягушка в планке 25 раз 🏋🏼‍♀️запрыгивания на степ платформу 20 раз 🏋🏼‍♀️беговая дорожка 300м (9км/ч) ⠀ Я устала, но мне понравилось 😅 ⠀ Ради всего святого, если вы только сейчас решили начать заниматься собой, своим телом, и совершенно не подготовлены к физическим нагрузкам, если у вас болят суставы, есть проблемы с позвоночником, не надо вот это всё повторять, ладно? 🙈 ⠀ Мне очень нравится мой нынешний подход к активности и питанию. **accidentally deleted the original post, idk how **😭 Hello peeps! 👋😊 Although stretching post-excercise has not been proven to reduce DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness) I'm not taking any chances and here I am stretching (and posing awkwardly) to reduce waking up sore af! 😭😂😂 Remember to stretch before exercising, but most importantly WARM UP before stretching. It's very important to remember never to stretch cold muscles!! Decreased body temp (before warming up) tends to preserve decreased muscle length, which means your ROM is limited reducing your mobility, stability, and potentially putting you at risk for injury! I used to do this all the time because I thought nothing of it, but this is a big mistake many of us do out of lack of information. Increased muscle temp (after a warm up or sauna) actually helps improve your ROM (ie:so you can do that full squat 😉) Who always makes sure to warm up before working out? Why are progression and regularity important in building an effective fitness program ? When a person wants to begin an exercise program there are some points that should be considered, such as medical records, if needed. moreover, the goals of the exercise program should be stated, as it helps with the schedule and timing of the program. --- the principle of progression is important because it is what makes muscle growing, as the muscle adapts to the level of intensity of the exercise. it is important to follow this principle as after some weeks of an exercise program if nothing changes, the muscle adapts to the new situation and new muscle mass does not appear. --- Two ways in which progression can be applied to fitness programs are an arbitrary progression and the autoregulatory progressive resistance exercise. The first one is just simply an adding a pre-determined amount of weight from week to week.  The second one is a technique in which you would increase the load for the following weekly directly proportional to the plus set. --- The four principles of fitness are: 1. Overload Principle 2. Specificity Principle 3. Individuality Principle 4. Reversibility Principle- "Use it or lose it". These principles must be followed in order to achieve the maximum benefit possible from the exercise plan. --- Be educated in the fitness principles is important for the health as it allowed people to exercise in order to achieve the best result possible, without making mistakes that could possibly hurt themselves in serious ways. It is important because it helps maintain an optimal health.
