Fat doesn't melt from your body. Sweating profusely in no way means your're burning fat. You can literally work out every single day and sweat every single day and GAIN a little body fat every single day. Why? Because sweating doesn't mean that you're consistently burning more energy than you consume. (Calorie Deficit). _________________________________________________โฃโฃ Before you guys start sending me hate mail let me say this: There's nothing wrong with a great, sweaty workout. You'll feel awesome and you'll lose some water weight and even get some gunk out of your body through the pores. AWESOME. The problem on the professional end is when you mislead people into doing things by indicating that they're "burning fat" by sweating. That's not true. โฃโฃ _________________________________________________โฃโฃ The science. We breathe out fat. Yep, when its used for energy, most of it turns to carbon dioxide. About 22 lbs of fat, when lost, would end up like this: 18.5 lbs - carbon dioxide. 3.5 lbs of it would be lost through water like urine, tears, sweat and other bodily fluids. Your lungs are the primary organ for excreting fat. Keeping it realโ€” I knew there was no way I was going to make it through the class because Iโ€™m exhausted so, I gave up my spot and took the floof @emma.thesamsky for an extra long hike tonight instead. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body! Itโ€™s been hard being at the gym every night and missing my fur baby. late night sesh KILLLLED. ๐Ÿฅต i feel like iโ€™ve been slacking in the gym lately, so i want to give you guys some of my tips on how i get my motivation back ๐Ÿฆ‹โœจ 1๏ธโƒฃ remember your WHY. why you started, why you want to stick with it, etc. 2๏ธโƒฃ keep your eye on the prize. try to avoid distractions and set your mind to your goal 3๏ธโƒฃ dont let negative or constructive criticism get to you. take it, and roll with it 4๏ธโƒฃ let yourself have off days! you canโ€™t burn yourself out your first week back at it 5๏ธโƒฃ everyone has bad days or even weeks, but do NOT let those bad days define you. 6๏ธโƒฃ lastly, remember YOUR purpose. everyone has one. but only focus on YOURS.
