***CLIENT UPDATE*** . Great Results by @brendokeats. . . Brendan came to me as we wanted to lean down for a holiday & afterwards to be in a prime position for a gaining phase. First off, I noticed his previous caloric intake was far too low for his activity levels from sports training , 4 gym sessions a week on top of shift work. We simply upped his caloric needs to meet these requirements & cut his training from 4 to 3 day spilt giving him an extra day to rest/recover. Take home notes : 1. Meet your activity levels. 2. Vi elenco gli esercizi base per questo tipo di allenamento: ___Onde a braccia alternate___ Fissate le corde a una kettlebell o al muro, impugnatene le estremità. Poi, posizionatevi con le gambe aperte alla larghezza dei fianchi: alzate e abbassate ciascun braccio in modo alternato e il più velocemente possibile, con lo scopo di creare grandi onde da ogni braccio. ___Onde a braccia unite___ Fissate le corde a una kettlebell o al muro, impugnatene le estremità. Poi, posizionatevi con le gambe aperte alla larghezza dei fianchi: alzate e abbassate all’unisono le braccia in modo violento ed esplosivo, sbattendo le corde a terra in modo da creare un’onda. ___Onde laterali unite___ Fissate le corde a una kettlebell o al muro, impugnatene le estremità. In ogni caso, piccolo consiglio: quando si tratta di fasi di dimagrimento, dove il cibo è in quantità minore, sarebbe il caso di sfruttare cibi che abbiamo "volume", in modo da avere la sensazione di mangiare di più, di essere più sazi, pur rimanendo nel nostro quantitativo di macronutrienti . Mangiare cibi che rendono molto caloricamente ma poco a livello di volume, vuol dire finire il pasto avendo praticamente la stessa fame di prima, e doversela tenere (se la persona è forte😂) . Per questo io sconsiglio vivamente l'utilizzo di cibo sporco durante le fasi di dimagrimento! Esempio: se invece di mangiare della carne bianca o del pesce mangiate una cotoletta, probabilmente vi sarete giocati con un solo alimento la metà della quantità di grassi che avete giornalmente senza ricavare chissà quali nutrienti, e la fame sarà pari a prima Probabilmente se aveste mangiato dell'insalata con del pollo e un po' di pane sareste molto più sazi! . È uno dei motivi per cui chi è a dieta spesso utilizza le gallette di riso: intoppano! . Sfruttate le verdure, cibi acquosi, l'acqua stessa, prima e durante il pasto. Grab the cable and rotate your torso whilst keeping that load into the glute. There are 20 different types of Amino Acids, however the most important for muscle building is LEUCINE. . So now, which proteins are rich in Leucine? - Whey, dairy, and animal protein have the highest concentration (e.g. milk, beef, eggs...), which also means that we need less of them to maximize protein synthesis. - Plant based protein are lower in Leucine (e.g. lentil, pea...).
