First off when you say you don鈥檛 have enough time, what you are really saying is 鈥淚 dont have time for that鈥 . Do you really think if you were to add up all the time you spend watching tv, surfing the web or going out throughout the week you couldn鈥檛 replace any of it with a workout? 3锔忊儯0锔忊儯 min workout takes up 2% of your day! . I鈥檓 a mom to 4 kids, aged 2,8,10 & 14 along with my 8 year old being a special needs child. I work @corenutritionals I have no cleaners for my house, no cook, no driver, no nurse, no nanny or tutors and my husband works 6 days a week yet I am still able to workout and have my own identity... how is this possible? . 鈻笍While there is no magic pill you can take to achieve 鈥渨ork-life balance,鈥 there are a few things I鈥檝e learned over the years that have helped me keep my sanity and actually enjoy the daily juggle of motherhood, marriage and career. . 馃憠馃徏 I stopped watching brainless tv 馃憠馃徏 I found my own balance 馃憠馃徏 I made a schedule for myself 馃憠馃徏 I manage my time wisely 馃憠馃徏 I chose 鈥済ood enough鈥 over 鈥減erfect鈥 馃憠馃徏 I put on my oxygen mask first 馃憠馃徏 I prioritize my life 馃憠馃徏 I found my passion and I am following it 馃檶馃徏 . Took the words right out of my mouth. . . It's crazy what people take for granted. The times I have spent in the gym has taught me an incredible amount about myself. Maybe as much as the real world if not more. . . In the gym, you work on routine, discipline, connection with your body, preserverence and a great deal of self worth. Here you can literally work on principles that carry over to the outside world. The time spend working on yourself in the gym is literally the only relationship you will have where you will get exactly as much out of it as you put in. It's simple. You make a plan. You execute and you will get an even return. . . What I want you to take from this is that we are playing the long game in life. If you want to get the most of it, do not neglect yourself. This means your mind, body and soul. Take care of those and the love you are able to bring to this world will come ten fold.
