Well one year ago today I won London’s Strongest Woman 2018 I was nearly 16st and I wasn’t happy but I had already started my journey to being happier about myself. ~ I made a choice to change I made a promise to myself that I would achieve something big that year and I did!! ~ Fast forward 13 months I’ve joined an incredible team that is @tuffwrapsuk, they all support one another and that is priceless when your trying to build a better version of yourself. Having the right support network is so important. ~ I have lost now over 5st in body weight and got stronger and more athletic. My self confidence has rocketed and I have found a new love for myself which I didn’t have before. Self love is the biggest of building blocks!. ~ All of the above helped me reach my goal of competing at worlds strongest woman 2018 and I did it and now it’s given me an even bigger drive to achieve even more this year! It’s all about trying things and seeing if exercises help you achieve what you want or need. This one I found from @pilates949. Some of the exercises I have tried from her instagram are way above my pay grade atm. But I break them down and look to build up to them. Trying these movements out I can feel (from the above movement) that these will trigger improvements areas I am seeking to develop in my body. Personally I love playing insta roulette because i have an understanding of what works and doesn’t work for me. Also it fuels my creativity and makes me think about alternative options to my workouts. Again get your dam @kmart TRX and try it out.

🥑 Healthy balanced diet // It would be incredibly easy for me to sit here and say I’m going to eat so many grams of poached chicken and this many grams of greens and train 7 times a week but ultimately my goal is to lead not only a healthy balanced diet but have an emotionally healthy relationship with food. Everyone is different but if there is anything I’ve learnt about myself it’s that I L O V E food and I L O V E dessert and something I’ve let go of is my passion to cook. Keeping all this in mind I’m going to start off by committing to a few weekly and most importantly achievable goals. I’ll be aiming to eat Vegan / Vegetarian during the week. Now I’m doing this for two reasons! Our extended family does this as well and after two weeks of jumping on the veggie wagon it’s been the easiest! It’s also teaching me about food and experimenting with foods I wouldn’t normally work with and also boosting my intake of natural and wholesome foods. The weekends I’ll introduce meat and then one victory meal! I’m going to call it a victory meal and not a cheat meal because for my mindset I don’t want to feel bad after having something I enjoy, I want to enjoy it knowing I’ve aren’t it! Now I’m also on human and I’m bound to slip up along the way so I’ll be incredibly honest and share this as well because I want to be accountable! 🏃🏻‍♀️Smarter active choices // We are a busy family of 5! So my aim is to workout as much as I can and be realistic about it! Yes I want to apply my everything but I also want to keep the household running which for my mental health is important. I’ll be doing the F45 8 week challenge to help push myself but I also want to make some more active choices with the family. May the be a walk in the morning or evening or changing our family time into a more active family activity. 🌱 Self awareness + self investment // Finally I want to reconnect with myself. I think it’s so important to look after yourself. If you can’t help YOU, you can’t help anyone else. As any human being you get distracted from this which I’m guilty of and it’s only myself holding me back. I want to invest in myself so this is something I’ll be documenting as well!

Mutation en cours.. Aujourd'hui je vais vous parlez de mon premier mentor @loup.fitcoach. Mon grand frère celui qui m'a appris énormément sur la nutrition, l'entraînement et tout ce qui se ramène au culte du corps. Alors aujourd'hui j'affiche ce physique en parti grâce a lui car je continue d'appliquer ses conseils. Alors certes parfois je n'aimais pas l'écouter mais aujourd'hui je redonne ses mêmes conseils. Le travail intelligent, adapté a sa morphologie et à ses segments, la technique et l'intensité au détriment de la charge et surtout travailler sur la ligne et les points faibles.
