I’ve been fine tuning this recipe for a while and I can tell you that at this point, my family refuses to eat any kind of Ranch Dressing unless I’ve made it (or @oilsaremyfavorite because she introduced me to the original recipe) And, as a side note, Ranch is a staple in this house. I’ve shared how much veg we eat and I attribute 90% of that intake to good dressing 😂 So PLEASE try it and change your life immediately: 🥗 •1 can light coconut milk (or less depending on the consistency you like for your salad dressing) •2 cups Best Foods olive oil mayonnaise 🥕 •1 teaspoon Onion Powder •1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder •1 teaspoon Dillweed •1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper •1 teaspoon Salt •2 teaspoon Parsley 🥬 *I use about double those portions on spices, but I would try the true amount first and then vary as needed. Seriously. Best. Ranch. Ever.

התעצבנתי לא עליו. ממש לא עליו!! הוא הפך את הסופש הזה לאחד הכייפים הודעתי לו שאני חייבת ללכת לפרוק שיתפתי אותו כמובן לגבי כל מה שיושב עליי "לכי לפרוק" הלכתי. פרקתי. במקום האהוב עליי במקום שנותן לי נחת, אתגר, סבל, עונג, בחילה וסיפוק!! בבית שלי @beitimun2017 נכנסתי עם פרצוף מבואס וכועס ידעתי שזה הולך להיות אימון קשוח אך מספק! וכך היה, 15 תחנות נטולות רחמים, אני בקרב נגד עצמי! ושלא יהיה לכם ספק בכלל, זה הרי ברור שניצחתי 😉🤗⁦❤️⁩💪

For those struggling for the courage to go to the Gym. Once you take the first step is gets easier. TOP 5 TIPS: 1. The Gym is not intimidating like YouTube or videos on IG may show (Everyone does not have a six pack with a JUICY chest) 2. Get a Gym induction so you know how to use machines or complete certain exercises 3. Learn from the best on social media by watching exercise videos which can improve confidence allowing you to perform exercises effectively(@athleanx is my favourite). 4. Go with a friend if possible and dont be afraid to ask questions. 5. Have a robust weekly plan to maximise effeciency at the Gym. Ensure you work all body parts. Also look at the nutritional aspects. And a bonus tip. Never give up and stay consistent! Feel free to add anything below.

It’s amazing how, when you surround yourself with the right people, you become free to be who you’ve actually always been, but were too misguided and pressured to be. ⠀⠀ Making that decision to stop all the internal drama, to stop second guessing, over analyzing, and taking way too many things to heart that had nothing to do with me, was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. ⠀⠀ I get questioned a lot about why I coach, and while so many think it’s for the extra money (and ain’t gonna lie, that’s an amazing thing- getting paid for your passion), it’s about a way bigger picture. It’s about the clarity, the tribe, and the thrill of going forward toward something amazing. It’s for not settling for the mundane. It’s for being the girl that went for it. These are two of them! - T- bar rows and single arm rows. I finished T- bar rows with a drop-set. As many reps as possible then drop some weight off. Do this 3 times. Having 2 knee replacements didn't stop Julien! 💪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Before coming to The DVCC, Julien had tried everything, he saw exercise as a chore and was close to giving up on fitness altogether, that was until he found The DVCC! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Even after having both knees replaced, Julien was back in training just 2 weeks later and thanks to the encouraging coaches at The DVCC, they were able to develop a personalised exercise programme that worked for him!😁❤️
