My go to if I’m in a hurry to get abs done. I call it my 40 rep challenge. You set up in the middle position for 10 reps, move back about 1ft, do 10 more, move to the front position(ropes directly above head) do 10 more and finish back at the middle position for your final 10. This is done for 3 sets, total of 120 reps. I particularly prefer HIIT, high intensity workouts in a short period of time that burn fats both DURING and AFTER the workout. YASSSS.
