Cooler weather, cloudy skies and outside miles with this babe😻 . Those stroller miles were Tough. I’ve been running on the treadmill because I’m over this 100 degree weather! It felt Amazing to run outside todayπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ . I’ve also been changing up my workout routine by adding in more cross training. I’ve been taking a spin class and doing yoga once a week and lifting 3x a week. My weekly mileage is a lot lower than usual but it feels oh so good to get some variety with my workouts!πŸ’ͺ🏻

So glad I could get some intervals in today even if my workout didn’t go as planned. . 2 mile warmup . 2x1600m . 800m 400m 2x200m . 2 mile cool down . I was planning on doing 3x1mile repeats but couldn’t get that last one in. So, I broke it down into smaller distances and was still slowest on the last one πŸ™„πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I’ll kill it next time πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Long run, DONE πŸŽ‰πŸ’ͺ🏻 all on the treadmill with an incline of 2 . I like getting my harder workouts done at the beginning of the week. I felt great after yesterday’s workout (maybe I didn’t go hard enoughπŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ) but my motivation was not there. I decided to just start out easy and not worry about my pace. I just needed to get those miles in. Started with a 10:00 pace and ended with two 6:00 miles. It’s hard to start the run, but once you get going, it gets easierπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ *Thanks #rungum for getting me through this workout πŸŽ‰
