So today's work out. Startee with a High Intensity Training (HIT)

Warm up was 1
So today's work out. Startee with a High Intensity Training (HIT) Warm up was 10mins of burpees AMRAP managed to smash out 110.Then 5x5 of squats. Got a little niggle in the end. Might need to slow it down.

Starting my day right. Just 10mins skipping in the morning. Is really good works the whole body and helps in weight lose too. Can be done quite easily anywhere. And in the absence of speed ropes just doing the motions is just as effective. Let me know how you start your morning and how effective it is towards your goal.
