Yesterday was my third time completing the F45 Playoffs and
547.27 POINTS 😱🙋🏼‍♀️ Yesterday was my third time completing the F45 Playoffs and I’m so proud that I was able to beat both my previous scores by a long way! (Beat my first ever score by over 100!!!!!!) Ten minutes doesn’t seem like much but I seriously almost vomited at the end 🤫 So super happy with my results and can’t wait to try and beat it again next time. I’ll miss my F45 family so damn much when I leave to Brisbane next month 😭 PS I’m extremely competitive, especially when it comes to fitness...so seeing my name at #1 really felt good 🤗💪🏽 @f45_training_coolum#f45playoffs#f45training#dead#help

i need to learn to take photos before my workout not after 🥵 but currently feeling 10/10 after my body composition scan...sitting at 13.1% body fat (the leanest i’ve ever been) and managed to put on a bit of muscle in eight weeks 🙌🏽 now to maintain until the new year and then i’m gonna really focus on building some leaaaaan muscle 💪🏽

The third photo about two weeks ago 🦋 It’s funny to think that I used to hate working out and used to think going to the gym was a waste of time. Mainly because if I ever went to the gym (which was rare 😅) I would only ever use cardio machines at a vary low intensity whilst still scrolling my Instagram feed...🙄 which was getting me nowhere obviously! I used to eat all kinds of shit foods and knew pretty much nothing about what foods to eat and how to nourish my body. ⏩ Fast forward to now and I feel fit, healthy and strong and in the best headspace of my life. Starting training, eating properly and looking after myself was the best thing I ever made myself to do. Feeling super grateful today and everyday ⭐️⚡️🍌
